【摘要】：2014年3月,克里米亞議會(huì)宣布從烏克蘭獨(dú)立,加入俄羅斯聯(lián)邦,這一舉動(dòng)遭到烏克蘭美國及歐盟的強(qiáng)烈反對(duì);聯(lián)合國大會(huì)投票表決克里米亞公投無效;俄羅斯卻態(tài)度強(qiáng)硬,宣布接納克里米亞入俄。在這一事件中,俄羅斯、烏克蘭、美國及歐盟多方角力,通過輿論相互指責(zé)、爭(zhēng)取民心,上演了一場(chǎng)引人注目的輿論戰(zhàn)。分析這場(chǎng)輿論戰(zhàn)的基本特點(diǎn)和成敗得失,可以了解政治宣傳在一場(chǎng)突發(fā)事件中能夠發(fā)揮何等的威力和宣傳效果,因而具有很大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In March 2014, the Crimean Parliament declared independence from Ukraine and joined the Russian Federation, a move that was strongly opposed by Ukraine, the United States and the European Union; the United Nations General Assembly voted that the Crimea referendum was null and void, while Russia took a tough line and announced the admission of Crimea to Russia. In this incident, Russia, Ukraine, the United States and the European Union, through public opinion to blame each other, to win the hearts of the people, put on a high-profile public opinion war. By analyzing the basic characteristics, success or failure of this war of public opinion, we can understand how powerful and propaganda political propaganda can play in an emergency, so it is of great practical significance.
