【摘要】：中亞地區(qū)作為中國(guó)西部的主要鄰區(qū),對(duì)中國(guó)西北長(zhǎng)治久安、經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展、社會(huì)繁榮穩(wěn)定日趨重要。冷戰(zhàn)后,中亞地區(qū)由于民族、宗教和大國(guó)博弈等原因,地緣政治格局發(fā)生了一系列重大變化,各種傳統(tǒng)的與非傳統(tǒng)的安全威脅因素不斷出現(xiàn)。對(duì)中國(guó)而言,如何充分演繹好中亞各國(guó)可靠戰(zhàn)略伙伴的角色,有效應(yīng)對(duì)各種安全威脅因素的挑戰(zhàn),既是中國(guó)作為負(fù)責(zé)任大國(guó)對(duì)地區(qū)穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展應(yīng)盡的歷史職責(zé),也是為贏得發(fā)展重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期而營(yíng)造良好周邊環(huán)境的需要。
[Abstract]:As the main neighborhood of western China, Central Asia is becoming more and more important for the long-term stability, sustainable economic development and social prosperity and stability of northwest China. After the Cold War, a series of great changes have taken place in the geopolitical pattern in Central Asia due to ethnic, religious and great power games, and a variety of traditional and non-traditional security threats have emerged. As far as China is concerned, how to fully deduce the role of reliable strategic partners of Central Asian countries and effectively deal with the challenges of various security threats is not only the historical responsibility of China as a responsible power for regional stability and development, but also the need to create a good surrounding environment in order to win the period of important strategic opportunities for development.
