【摘要】：里根上臺(tái)執(zhí)政后決定與中國(guó)建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)系,以共同應(yīng)對(duì)蘇聯(lián)的威脅。20世紀(jì)80年代中后期,中美兩國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)了高層互訪以及武器出售、高技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓等軍事交流,形成了聯(lián)合抵制蘇聯(lián)擴(kuò)張的合作關(guān)系。但由于1989年?yáng)|歐劇變、蘇聯(lián)威脅逐漸消失等冷戰(zhàn)形勢(shì)的變化,加之中美間固有的臺(tái)灣問(wèn)題、意識(shí)形態(tài)等矛盾,導(dǎo)致兩國(guó)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)系在1989年因?yàn)橐粋�(gè)政治導(dǎo)火索而走向終結(jié),中美關(guān)系跌入低谷。
[Abstract]:After Reagan came to power, he decided to establish strategic ties with China in order to jointly deal with the threat of the Soviet Union. In the middle and late 1980s, China and the United States realized high-level exchange of visits, arms sales, high-tech transfer and other military exchanges, forming a cooperative relationship of boycotting the expansion of the Soviet Union. However, due to the drastic changes in Eastern Europe in 1989, the threat of the Soviet Union and other changes in the Cold War situation, coupled with the inherent contradictions such as the Taiwan issue and ideology between China and the United States, the strategic ties between the two countries ended in 1989 because of a political trigger, and Sino-US relations fell to a low point.
