【摘要】：中越友好有很多正能量,也有不少消極因素。在中國(guó)的鄰居中,越南既不同于朝鮮,也不同于菲律賓。盡管中越間不時(shí)有這樣那樣的問(wèn)題,但出于維護(hù)雙方的根本利益和共同利益考量,兩國(guó)總能控制住局勢(shì),把握住發(fā)展的大方向。無(wú)論是從歷史的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),還是從兩國(guó)眼前及今后的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益來(lái)看,甚至從有利于地區(qū)乃至世界的和平發(fā)展看,盡管兩國(guó)關(guān)系不會(huì)一帆風(fēng)順,但中越都沒(méi)有理由在可預(yù)見(jiàn)的未來(lái)不進(jìn)行交流合作。
[Abstract]:Sino-Vietnamese friendship has a lot of positive energy and many negative factors. Among China's neighbors, Vietnam is different from North Korea and the Philippines. Although there are some problems between China and Vietnam from time to time, in order to safeguard the fundamental and common interests of both sides, the two countries can always control the situation and grasp the general direction of development. Whether from the experience and lessons of history, from the immediate and future long-term interests of the two countries, and even from the point of view of the peaceful development of the region and the world at large, although the relations between the two countries will not be smooth sailing, there is no reason for China and Vietnam not to carry out exchanges and cooperation in the foreseeable future.
