【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化從其誕生便已注定,這是世界范圍的各國家民族之問相互作用、相互影響的客觀進(jìn)程,是所有民族和國家都不能逃避的歷史發(fā)展階段。它強(qiáng)大的影響力突破了經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的界限,迅速波及政治、意識(shí)形態(tài)的眾多領(lǐng)域。面對經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的挑戰(zhàn),意識(shí)形態(tài)安全問題被各個(gè)國家提上了議事日程,并且成為國家安全的重要組成部分。 社會(huì)主義國家在資本主義占主導(dǎo)的經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的浪潮中,更是面臨嚴(yán)峻的形勢。國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全問題在社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的大局下顯得更加醒目。 論文緊緊圍繞當(dāng)今世界的經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與我國的國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全這兩個(gè)核心問題展開,探討了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的本質(zhì)特征與國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全的相關(guān)理論；分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全面臨的挑戰(zhàn)；提出了從思想指導(dǎo)與現(xiàn)實(shí)策略層面積極應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的對策。 本篇文章由導(dǎo)論、正文(共分四部分)和結(jié)語組成。導(dǎo)論部分主要闡述了選題源起與研究意義、簡介國內(nèi)外有關(guān)該論題的研究現(xiàn)狀及筆者的研究思路和研究方法。 第一部分分析了當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的主要特征,揭示西方發(fā)達(dá)資本主義在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,即經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的意識(shí)形態(tài)屬性問題。 第二部分主要是對論文的另一個(gè)重要概念——國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全作相關(guān)介紹。首先解釋了何謂意識(shí)形態(tài)及其功能；其次國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全的含義及我國意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域呈現(xiàn)的新特點(diǎn)；最后就是突出國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全對于我國發(fā)展的重要意義。 第三部分是在前兩部分的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)研究經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化對我國國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全帶來了哪些挑戰(zhàn)。首先,將關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)聚集到經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化交往的附屬物——各國的思想意識(shí)傳播,即西方社會(huì)思潮的沖擊；其次,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化新的交往手段——信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化逐漸替代了傳統(tǒng)的交流手段,它對國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全的沖擊必然產(chǎn)生影響；最后,WTO成為各個(gè)主權(quán)國家深入?yún)⑴c全球化的必然選擇,它又是如何在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化過程中影響國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全的。 第四部分面對挑戰(zhàn),我們必須積極應(yīng)對。意識(shí)形態(tài)安全領(lǐng)域的對策,相比經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治領(lǐng)域更為復(fù)雜,從意識(shí)形態(tài)的特征出發(fā),提出從思想層面和現(xiàn)實(shí)策略層面共同應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的挑戰(zhàn)。 結(jié)語是強(qiáng)調(diào)面對在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的挑戰(zhàn)時(shí),我們應(yīng)該對黨和國家充滿信心,以積極樂觀的心態(tài)迎接挑戰(zhàn),堅(jiān)信能夠在黨的帶領(lǐng)下開創(chuàng)一片新天地。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization has been doomed from its birth, which is the objective process of the interaction and interaction of nations and nations in the world, and the historical development stage that all nations and countries cannot escape. Its powerful influence broke through the boundaries of the economic field and quickly spread to many fields of politics and ideology. Facing the challenge of economic globalization, the issue of ideological security has been put on the agenda of various countries and become an important part of national security. Socialist countries are facing a severe situation in the wave of economic globalization dominated by capitalism. The issue of national ideological security is even more striking in the overall situation of socialist modernization. This paper focuses on the two core issues of economic globalization and national ideological security of our country, and probes into the essential characteristics of economic globalization and the relevant theories of national ideological security. This paper analyzes the challenges facing the national ideological security under the background of economic globalization, and puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the economic globalization from the aspects of ideological guidance and realistic strategies. This article consists of an introduction, a text (a total of four parts) and a conclusion. The introduction mainly expounds the origin and significance of the topic, introduces the current situation of the research on the topic at home and abroad, and the author's research ideas and methods. The first part analyzes the main characteristics of the current economic globalization and reveals that the western developed capitalism occupies the leading position in the economic globalization namely the ideological attribute of the economic globalization. The second part mainly introduces another important concept of the thesis-national ideological security. Firstly, it explains what ideology is and its function; secondly, the meaning of national ideological security and the new features in the ideological field of our country; finally, it highlights the significance of national ideological security to the development of our country. On the basis of the first two parts, the third part studies in detail what challenges economic globalization has brought to China's national ideological security. First of all, the focus of attention will be focused on the economic globalization of the appendages of communication-the ideological dissemination of countries, that is, the impact of Western social trends of thought; Secondly, the new communication means of economic globalization-information networking has gradually replaced the traditional means of communication, which will inevitably have an impact on the security of national ideology. Finally, WTO becomes the inevitable choice for each sovereign state to participate in globalization deeply, and how it affects the national ideological security in the process of economic globalization. The fourth part faces the challenge, we must deal with positively. The countermeasures in the field of ideological security are more complex than those in economy and politics. From the characteristics of ideology, this paper puts forward the challenge of economic globalization from the ideological level and the realistic strategic level. In conclusion, it is emphasized that in the face of the challenge of economic globalization, we should be full of confidence in the Party and the country, meet the challenge with a positive and optimistic attitude, and firmly believe that we can open a new world under the leadership of the Party.
