【摘要】：2008年國際金融危機以來,國際關(guān)系的失序化日趨明顯,其原因主要有:以美國為首的西方發(fā)達經(jīng)濟體在全球權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)中的影響力日益下降;美國等西方國家在國際社會中不作為與胡作為;基于權(quán)力的擴散,非國家行為體不斷介入國際政治;世界各國在全球治理方面規(guī)則的缺失;世界主流經(jīng)濟理論過度強調(diào)市場的作用。國際關(guān)系的失序?qū)⑹且粋�長期的過程,它對中國國家利益日益全球化的現(xiàn)實將構(gòu)成潛在的威脅,但對中國有效塑造國際經(jīng)貿(mào)秩序卻是一種機遇。
[Abstract]:Since the international financial crisis in 2008, the disorder of international relations has become more and more obvious, the main reasons are as follows: the influence of the western developed economies led by the United States in the global power structure is declining day by day; The United States and other Western countries in the international community do not act and act; based on the proliferation of power, non-State actors continue to participate in international politics, the lack of rules in the global governance of countries in the world; The mainstream economic theory of the world overemphasizes the role of the market. The disorder of international relations will be a long-term process, which will pose a potential threat to the reality that China's national interests are increasingly globalizing, but it is an opportunity for China to effectively shape the international economic and trade order.
