【摘要】：拉美一體化進(jìn)程不斷加快,中拉關(guān)系持續(xù)升溫,中拉整體合作的基本要素日益完備,"中拉論壇"因勢而生。構(gòu)建中拉整體合作機(jī)制的進(jìn)程并非一片坦途,尚存諸多需要妥善處理的內(nèi)在矛盾和外在干擾性因素。創(chuàng)立"中拉論壇"機(jī)制需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新思維,打造"穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)、增加特色、互動(dòng)共進(jìn)"的合作新模式。
[Abstract]:The process of Latin American integration is speeding up, the relations between China and Latin America continue to heat up, the basic elements of the overall cooperation between China and Latin America are becoming more and more complete, and the "Sino-Latin American Forum" is born out of the trend. The process of constructing the whole cooperation mechanism between China and Latin America is not a smooth path, and there are still many internal contradictions and external interference factors that need to be properly dealt with. The establishment of Sino-Latin Forum requires innovative thinking and a new mode of cooperation.
