【摘要】：1978年中國(guó)實(shí)行改革開放政策后,經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,綜合國(guó)力明顯提升,在國(guó)際社會(huì)中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的影響。多邊外交作為國(guó)家交往的一種形式,在二戰(zhàn)后逐漸受到國(guó)際社會(huì)的重視,在重大國(guó)際問(wèn)題的解決中發(fā)揮了積極的作用。冷戰(zhàn)后,國(guó)際形勢(shì)、東亞地區(qū)形勢(shì)都發(fā)生了重大變化,中國(guó)政府根據(jù)國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)的變化,調(diào)整外交政策,在東亞地區(qū)積極開展多邊外交活動(dòng)。 本文以中國(guó)在東亞地區(qū)參與、發(fā)起的多邊外交活動(dòng)為中心展開研究,討論中國(guó)在東亞地區(qū)的多邊外交政策變化的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)背景,總結(jié)中國(guó)參與的東亞多邊外交活動(dòng)所具有的特征,分析制約我國(guó)東亞多邊外交活動(dòng)的若干因素,提出中國(guó)在東亞地區(qū)的多邊外交對(duì)我國(guó)的重要性,針對(duì)制約我國(guó)東亞多邊外交的若干因素提出一些政策建議,最后對(duì)全篇論文進(jìn)行總結(jié),得出研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:After China carried out the policy of reform and opening up in 1978, the economy developed rapidly and the comprehensive national strength improved obviously, which played a more and more important role in the international community. Multilateral diplomacy, as a form of national communication, was gradually paid attention by the international community after World War II and played an active role in solving major international problems. After the Cold War, major changes have taken place in the international situation and the situation in East Asia. According to the changes in the international and domestic situations, the Chinese government has adjusted its foreign policy and actively carried out multilateral diplomatic activities in East Asia. This paper focuses on the multilateral diplomatic activities initiated by China in East Asia, and discusses the international and domestic background of the changes in China's multilateral foreign policy in East Asia. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the multilateral diplomatic activities in East Asia in which China participates, analyzes the factors restricting the multilateral diplomatic activities in East Asia, and points out the importance of China's multilateral diplomacy in East Asia. Some policy suggestions are put forward in view of the factors restricting China's multilateral diplomacy in East Asia. Finally, the whole paper is summarized and the research conclusions are drawn.
