【摘要】：1918-1953年，蘇聯(lián)與南斯拉夫之間的關(guān)系是一波三折、跌宕起伏的。在兩次世界大戰(zhàn)期間，，囿于意識(shí)形態(tài)分歧、南斯拉夫王國(guó)對(duì)蘇聯(lián)共產(chǎn)主義的敵視，以及蘇南對(duì)法西斯勢(shì)力的態(tài)度迥異等障礙，導(dǎo)致蘇南兩國(guó)建交之路充滿(mǎn)荊棘。雖然南王國(guó)政府與蘇聯(lián)政府之間關(guān)系冷淡，但是鐵托領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的南共與蘇共之間卻保持了友好關(guān)系。在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)期間，德意法西斯集團(tuán)對(duì)南斯拉夫和蘇聯(lián)相繼發(fā)動(dòng)了侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，此時(shí)的蘇南兩國(guó)面對(duì)共同敵人，逐漸摒棄前嫌，從嘗試接近發(fā)展到正式建交；在之后的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中，南共與蘇共互相配合并一致御敵，最終贏得了二戰(zhàn)的根本勝利。但是，戰(zhàn)火硝煙中的蘇南兩國(guó)也積累了一些分歧與矛盾。戰(zhàn)后初期，蘇南兩國(guó)維持了短暫的親密友好關(guān)系，但是在涉及國(guó)家利益方面，兩國(guó)間的齟齬日漸增多。蘇聯(lián)的大國(guó)主義與南斯拉夫堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立自主之間的矛盾不可調(diào)和，導(dǎo)致1948年的蘇南沖突不可避免地爆發(fā)了，最后惡化到分道揚(yáng)鑣的地步。蘇南沖突對(duì)社會(huì)主義陣營(yíng)、資本主義陣營(yíng)、以及中蘇和中南關(guān)系發(fā)展的歷史影響都是及其深遠(yuǎn)的。對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)而言，吸取蘇南關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:Relations between the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia were ups and downs in 1918-1953. During the two world wars, due to ideological differences, the hostility of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia to Soviet communism, and the different attitudes of the southern Soviet Union towards fascist forces, the road of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries was full of thorns. Although relations between the Yugoslav government and the Soviet government were frosty, Tito's Communist Party maintained friendly relations with the Soviet Communist Party. During the second World War, the German-Italian fascist group launched a war of aggression against Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union one after another. In the subsequent war, the CPN and the Soviet Communist Party cooperated with each other and United against the enemy, and finally won the fundamental victory of World War II. However, the two countries also accumulated some differences and contradictions in the flames of war. In the early postwar period, the two countries maintained a brief period of close and friendly relations, but there were growing discord over national interests. The irreconcilable contradiction between Soviet authoritarianism and Yugoslavia's insistence on independence led to the inevitable outbreak of the 1948 Su-nan conflict, which eventually deteriorated to the point of parting ways. The historical influence of the Su-nan conflict on the socialist camp, the capitalist camp and the development of Sino-South relations between China and Su He is extremely profound. For contemporary China, it is very necessary to learn from the experience and lessons of southern Jiangsu relations.
