試析影響當(dāng)前中印關(guān)系發(fā)展的利弊因素

【摘要】：近些年來,隨著印度經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,作為中國一個巨大的鄰國,兩國之間的關(guān)系也受到了越來越多的學(xué)者的關(guān)注和青睞。實踐是由理論來指導(dǎo)的,對于中國而言,在處理與印度的外交關(guān)系這樣一個實踐過程中,自然離不開具有中國特色的外交思想的支撐,而這個思想是馬克思主義經(jīng)典理論與中國優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化相結(jié)合的成果,馬克思主義理論為中國處理外交關(guān)系提供了一個大的指導(dǎo)準(zhǔn)則,而中國的傳統(tǒng)文化則是為中國處理外交關(guān)系賦予了很強的中國特色,中國歷來是很重視和平的,因此不管是“中印文化友好年”還是“中印邊界問題”的談判,中國始終在堅持一個原則那就是和平共處五項原則,展現(xiàn)給世人的姿態(tài)也是和諧和平。 本文則是在這個大背景下探析了當(dāng)前中印關(guān)系中的有利因素和不利因素,并展望了中印的未來,以求使當(dāng)前關(guān)于中印關(guān)系的理論研究有所豐富。其中有利因素是從歷史和當(dāng)前兩個時間段為角度進行了闡述;不利因素則是從結(jié)構(gòu)性因素和具體因素方面如邊界等問題來進行分析;文章的結(jié)尾是對中印未來關(guān)系的展望,而這個展望是建立在當(dāng)前國際大環(huán)境的背景下,在權(quán)衡當(dāng)前兩國關(guān)系利弊因素的基礎(chǔ)上提出來的,即中印兩國的交往將是長期的,友好的,但同時又是復(fù)雜的,因此兩國將在長時期內(nèi)處于一種博弈狀態(tài)�！爸挥杏肋h的利益,沒有永遠的朋友”相信兩國會找到更多的利益契合點,取得更多的合作機會,在將來和平友好的發(fā)展。 處理中印關(guān)系只是中國外交實踐中的一個很小的部分,但合理的處理兩者的外交關(guān)系既是對中國特色外交思想的驗證,同時對于中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展以及周邊地區(qū)的和平與安寧也具有很大的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Indian economy, as a huge neighboring country of China, the relationship between the two countries has been paid more and more attention and favor by more and more scholars. Practice is guided by theory. For China, in the process of handling such a practice as diplomatic relations with India, it is naturally inseparable from the support of diplomatic thoughts with Chinese characteristics. This idea is the result of the combination of Marxist classical theory and China's excellent traditional culture. Marxist theory provides a great guiding principle for China to handle diplomatic relations. China's traditional culture, on the other hand, has given China a strong Chinese characteristic in handling diplomatic relations. China has always attached great importance to peace. Therefore, whether it is the "Sino-Indian year of Cultural Friendship" or the "Sino-Indian border issue," China has always adhered to one principle, that is, the five principles of peaceful coexistence. Under this background, this paper probes into the favorable and unfavorable factors in the current Sino-Indian relations, and looks forward to the future of China and India in order to enrich the current theoretical research on Sino-Indian relations. The favorable factors are explained from the perspective of history and the current two time periods, while the disadvantages are analyzed from the aspects of structural factors and specific factors such as boundary, etc. At the end of the article is the prospect of the future relations between China and India, which is based on the background of the current international environment and on the basis of weighing the pros and cons of the current bilateral relations. That is, the exchanges between China and India will be long-term. Friendly but complex at the same time, the two countries will be in a game state for a long time. "only eternal interests, no everlasting friends," I believe the two countries find more common interests, more opportunities for cooperation in the future peaceful and friendly development. Handling Sino-Indian relations is only a very small part of China's diplomatic practice, but a reasonable handling of diplomatic relations between the two is a test of diplomatic thinking with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, it also plays an important role in the development of Chinese economy and the peace and tranquillity in the surrounding areas.
