【摘要】：中美是當(dāng)今世界上的兩大主要國(guó)家,其國(guó)家安全問(wèn)題對(duì)世界局勢(shì)有重大影響。本文的研究目標(biāo)是通過(guò)梳理中美兩國(guó)在安全領(lǐng)域的合作歷程總結(jié)出合作過(guò)程中依然存在的問(wèn)題,并且試圖對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出自己的解決方案,期望能夠更好的推動(dòng)中美在安全領(lǐng)域的合作。 本文的框架結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分是導(dǎo)論,主要是為了討論本文的研究意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分的內(nèi)容主要是分析兩國(guó)因?yàn)楦鞣N原因而需要加強(qiáng)安全合作的必要性。第三部分通過(guò)將兩國(guó)安全合作歷史劃分為三個(gè)階段,總結(jié)出兩國(guó)合作的基礎(chǔ)薄弱、機(jī)制缺失、美國(guó)對(duì)華“兩面下注”以及美國(guó)的臺(tái)灣政策是當(dāng)今中美兩國(guó)合作的主要問(wèn)題所在。第四部分試圖提出解決上述問(wèn)題的方案,包括提高兩國(guó)在對(duì)方國(guó)民中的形象、加強(qiáng)經(jīng)貿(mào)和軍事交流機(jī)制和合作內(nèi)容、兩國(guó)可以在人類共同問(wèn)題上加強(qiáng)合作。最后是本文的總結(jié)部分。
[Abstract]:China and the United States are two major countries in the world today, and their national security issues have a major impact on the world situation. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the problems in the process of cooperation between China and the United States in the field of security, and try to put forward their own solutions to these problems. Look forward to a better promotion of the security cooperation between China and the United States. The frame structure of this paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly to discuss the significance of this paper and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part mainly analyzes the necessity of strengthening security cooperation between the two countries for various reasons. The third part divides the history of security cooperation between the two countries into three stages, concludes that the foundation of the cooperation between the two countries is weak, the mechanism is missing, the United States "two bets" to China and the United States' Taiwan policy are the main problems of the cooperation between China and the United States. The fourth part tries to put forward solutions to the above problems, including raising the image of the two countries in the other's people, strengthening the mechanism of economic, trade and military exchanges and contents of cooperation, the two countries can strengthen cooperation on the common problems of mankind. The last part is the summary of this paper.
