【摘要】：中東變局三年多來,地區(qū)安全局勢變得日益復雜。除了傳統熱點問題之外,由政治轉型引發(fā)和激活的地區(qū)教俗、教派以及其他各種政治力量之間的斗爭和社會矛盾正成為影響地區(qū)安全的新因素。埃及圍繞支持和反對穆斯林兄弟會的政治博弈不僅造成該國社會分裂,也對地區(qū)穩(wěn)定構成潛在威脅,敘利亞危機久拖不決致使地區(qū)極端主義思潮沉渣泛起、恐怖主義勢力趁亂擴張并有向區(qū)外國家溢出之勢。此外,美國戰(zhàn)略重心東移導致原有地緣政治格局發(fā)生變化,造成地區(qū)國家之間關系出現新的緊張,而美俄等大國在中東乃至全球事務中的互動也對中東安全局勢產生深刻的影響。未來相當長的時期里,中東傳統熱點問題依然是影響地區(qū)安全和地緣政治關系的主要因素,而持續(xù)深入轉型將成為中東各國政治和社會發(fā)展的主要特征。中國與中東關系將基于這一趨勢而發(fā)展,中國的中東外交也應以此為重點,更加積極主動地參與中東事務,促進熱點問題的和平解決,并盡自己所能幫助中東國家實現平穩(wěn)轉型。
[Abstract]:For more than three years, the security situation in the Middle East has become increasingly complex. In addition to the traditional hot issues, the struggles and social contradictions between religious denominations and other political forces, which are triggered and activated by the political transformation, are becoming new factors affecting regional security. Egypt's political game over support and opposition to the Muslim Brotherhood has not only divided the country's society, but also posed a potential threat to regional stability. Terrorist forces are spreading and spilling over countries outside the region. In addition, the shift of the strategic focus of the United States to the east has led to changes in the original geopolitical pattern, resulting in new tensions in relations between countries in the region. However, the interaction between the United States and Russia in the Middle East and global affairs also has a profound impact on the security situation in the Middle East. For a long time in the future, the traditional hot issues in the Middle East will still be the main factors affecting the regional security and geopolitical relations, and the continuous in-depth transformation will be the main feature of the political and social development of the countries in the Middle East. China's relations with the Middle East will develop on the basis of this trend, and China's diplomacy in the Middle East should also take this as a key point and take a more active part in Middle East affairs and promote the peaceful settlement of hot issues. And to do what they can to help the Middle East countries to achieve a smooth transition.
