【摘要】：本文對族群沖突中的"安全困境"的既有文獻所做的批判性分析,為建立一個動態(tài)和整合的族群沖突理論奠定了部分基礎(chǔ)。目前,許多運用"安全困境"的概念來理解族群沖突的嘗試都是建立在對此概念不夠準(zhǔn)確甚至是錯誤的理解之上。"安全困境"理論和更為寬泛的螺旋模型實際上構(gòu)成了一個動態(tài)、通用和強有力的戰(zhàn)略互動理論,而這一理論抓住了引發(fā)戰(zhàn)爭的一般性動力。因此,"安全困境"理論和更為寬泛的螺旋模型為一個動態(tài)和整合的族群沖突理論鋪平了道路,而這樣的理論也能整合國際關(guān)系理論中各個學(xué)派對族群沖突的不同理解。文章最后分析了該理論的可行性和價值。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a critical analysis of the existing literature on the "security dilemma" in ethnic conflict, which lays a partial foundation for the establishment of a dynamic and integrated theory of ethnic conflict. At present, many attempts to use the concept of "security dilemma" to understand ethnic conflict are based on an inaccurate or even erroneous understanding of the concept. The theory of "security dilemma" and the broader spiral model actually constitute a dynamic, general and powerful strategic interaction theory, which captures the general motive force of the war. Therefore, the "security dilemma" theory and the broader spiral model pave the way for a dynamic and integrated theory of ethnic conflict, which can also integrate different understandings of ethnic conflict among different schools of international relations theory. Finally, the feasibility and value of the theory are analyzed.
