【摘要】： 中亞,歐亞大陸的心臟地帶,蘇聯(lián)解體后由于其特殊的地緣戰(zhàn)略地位和豐富的能源資源而受到世界的關(guān)注�！�9·11”事件后,美國(guó)憑借其強(qiáng)大的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和軍事實(shí)力逐步加強(qiáng)了對(duì)中亞的滲透,中亞已成為美國(guó)全球戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。由于其特殊的地理位置和歷史聯(lián)系,中亞的命運(yùn)與俄羅斯息息相關(guān),面對(duì)美國(guó)的步步緊逼,近年來(lái)俄羅斯加強(qiáng)了與中亞國(guó)家的合作與聯(lián)系。中亞國(guó)家是中國(guó)的近鄰,無(wú)論從維護(hù)國(guó)家安全的地緣戰(zhàn)略角度考慮,還是從促進(jìn)雙方的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、保障中國(guó)的能源安全角度考慮,或是從發(fā)揚(yáng)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的角度考慮,中亞都是中國(guó)現(xiàn)在和將來(lái)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展和爭(zhēng)取的地區(qū),是中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)國(guó)夢(mèng)想的戰(zhàn)略依托。 本文運(yùn)用均勢(shì)論、博弈論、合作論等國(guó)際關(guān)系理論,并結(jié)合哲學(xué)、政治學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)的研究方法,充分闡述了中亞的重要地位,深刻分析了美國(guó)、俄羅斯、中國(guó)各自在中亞的戰(zhàn)略利益和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),從而提出了中國(guó)的中亞策略。
[Abstract]:Central Asia, the heart of Eurasia, after the disintegration of the Soviet Union, because of its special geo-strategic position and abundant energy resources, it has attracted the attention of the world. After the "9 / 11" incident, the United States relied on its powerful politics. Economic and military strength has gradually strengthened the infiltration of Central Asia, Central Asia has become an important part of the global strategy of the United States. Because of its special geographical location and historical connection, the fate of Central Asia is closely related to Russia. In the face of the pressing of the United States, Russia has strengthened its cooperation and ties with the Central Asian countries in recent years. The Central Asian countries are China's close neighbors, not only from the perspective of the geopolitical strategy of safeguarding national security, but also from the point of view of promoting bilateral economic and trade cooperation and safeguarding China's energy security, or from the perspective of carrying forward Chinese traditional culture. Central Asia is China's current and future focus on development and strive for the strategic backing for China to realize the dream of a powerful nation. Using the theories of international relations, such as balance of power theory, game theory and cooperation theory, and combining the research methods of philosophy, politics and sociology, this paper fully expounds the important position of Central Asia, and deeply analyzes the United States and Russia. China's strategic interests and strategic objectives in Central Asia, and thus put forward China's Central Asia strategy.
