【摘要】：隨著北冰洋夏季冰層的逐漸消融,北極地區(qū)相關(guān)問題的研究也愈發(fā)受到各方的關(guān)注。界定大北極和大北極國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)概念,有利于全面掌握北極航線全線開通對世界格局的影響,有利于北極及北極航線問題國際合作的開展和中國北極戰(zhàn)略的制定。為此,首先界定了大北極和大北極國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)概念。其次,分析了大北極國家的基本界定指標和競爭性界定指標,從空間距離、交通距離、人文距離、經(jīng)濟距離、政治距離、資源距離以及H-F距離等指標進行分析和評價,從而確定了大北極范圍和大北極國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)的節(jié)點國家。最后,將大北極作為區(qū)域化概念,分析了大北極國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展趨勢,探討了大北極國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)對中國的影響,提出了中國的大北極戰(zhàn)略,借以為北極問題的后續(xù)研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the gradual melting of the Arctic Ocean summer ice, the study of the Arctic region has attracted more and more attention. Defining the concept of the Great Arctic and the Great Arctic National Network is conducive to the overall understanding of the influence of the opening of the entire Arctic route on the world pattern, to the development of international cooperation on the Arctic and Arctic routes and to the formulation of China's Arctic strategy. To this end, first defined the concept of the Great Arctic and the Great Arctic States Network. Secondly, the basic definition index and competitive definition index of the Great Arctic are analyzed and evaluated in terms of space distance, transportation distance, human distance, economic distance, political distance, resource distance and H-F distance. Thus, the node states of the Great Arctic area and the network of Great Arctic States are determined. Finally, taking the Great Arctic as the concept of regionalization, this paper analyzes the development trend of the Great Arctic National Network, probes into the influence of the Great Arctic National Network on China, and puts forward China's strategy of the Great Arctic, in order to provide a reference for the further study of the Arctic problem.
