【摘要】：正"第一夫人"是對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家中被選舉出的男性元首配偶的尊稱(chēng)。作為一個(gè)18世紀(jì)就已出現(xiàn)的稱(chēng)呼,盡管它曾因公眾對(duì)女性的態(tài)度和政治期望之間的矛盾而飽受爭(zhēng)議,但隨著政治民主化、外交民主化的發(fā)展,由"第一夫人"衍生而來(lái)的"第一夫人外交"逐漸演變?yōu)楣餐饨坏闹匾种е?日益受到國(guó)際社會(huì)重視,并使當(dāng)代外交的內(nèi)涵獲得了新的拓展。
[Abstract]:The "first Lady" is the honorific name for the spouse of a male head of state elected in a country. As a term that has been around since the 18th century, although it has been controversial because of the contradiction between public attitudes towards women and political expectations, it has evolved with the democratization of politics, the democratization of diplomacy, "first Lady diplomacy", derived from "first Lady", has gradually evolved into one of the important branches of public diplomacy, which has been paid more and more attention to by the international community, and the connotation of contemporary diplomacy has been expanded.
