【摘要】： 韓國作為東北亞地區(qū)的要地,冷戰(zhàn)時期的傳統(tǒng)安全威脅尚未解決,又與其它國家一樣面對著許許多多并且越來越多的非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅。傳統(tǒng)安全威脅沒有得到解決,主要是因?yàn)槌r的核開發(fā)所帶來的威脅,以及因?yàn)橹苓厙鴮Τ碎_發(fā)的反對而帶來的高度緊張不能得到有效緩解,這最終使得包括美日在內(nèi)的東北亞相關(guān)國家和朝鮮關(guān)系正�；永щy；另一方面,全球化和工業(yè)化的發(fā)展所帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)、能源、生態(tài)、信息等各種非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅也不斷增加,這使得本來就不安寧的朝鮮半島陷入了更大的困境。在這樣的形勢下,韓國迫切需要與美國等周邊國家加強(qiáng)國際協(xié)作,并且為了應(yīng)對已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)以及有可能出現(xiàn)的安全威脅,韓國必須具備必要的安全力量。
[Abstract]:As the key region of Northeast Asia, Korea has not solved the traditional security threats during the Cold War, and it faces many and more non-traditional security threats like other countries. Traditional security threats have not been resolved, mainly because of the threat posed by North Korea's nuclear development, and because of the high level of tension caused by the opposition of neighboring countries to the DPRK's nuclear development, which cannot be effectively alleviated. This ultimately makes it more difficult for the relevant countries in Northeast Asia, including the United States and Japan, and the DPRK to normalize their relations; on the other hand, the economic, energy, and ecological benefits of the development of globalization and industrialization, Unconventional security threats, such as information, are on the rise, leaving the already restless Korean peninsula in greater trouble. Under such circumstances, South Korea urgently needs to strengthen international cooperation with neighboring countries such as the United States, and in order to deal with existing and possible security threats, South Korea must have the necessary security forces.
