【摘要】：中日關(guān)系的一個典型化事實是政治關(guān)系與經(jīng)濟關(guān)系的非均衡發(fā)展,這是由中日政治關(guān)系與經(jīng)濟關(guān)系各自行為主體的行動選擇差異決定的,表現(xiàn)為一種政治家理性與企業(yè)家理性的沖突。政治家追求政治租金最大化,往往屈從民意,為民族主義所綁架,其行動選擇使中日政治關(guān)系趨冷;企業(yè)家追求利潤最大化,往往沖破政治束縛,跨越國境進行貿(mào)易投資,其行動選擇使中日經(jīng)濟關(guān)系趨熱。其結(jié)果是,形成了中日之間政治關(guān)系與經(jīng)濟關(guān)系的非均衡發(fā)展。目前中日關(guān)系的僵局尚未得到有效化解,中日關(guān)系中政治與經(jīng)濟的高水平均衡不可企望,而低水平均衡又應(yīng)該盡量避免,非均衡狀態(tài)就成為一種次優(yōu)選擇。在這一約束條件下,構(gòu)筑中日關(guān)系的"底層結(jié)構(gòu)",即企業(yè)和個人層面上的中日關(guān)系的微觀運行機制,是使中日關(guān)系回歸到相對正常狀態(tài)的一條現(xiàn)實路徑。
[Abstract]:A typical fact of Sino-Japanese relations is the unbalanced development of political and economic relations, which is determined by the differences in the action choices of the respective actors of the political and economic relations between China and Japan. It is a conflict between statesman's rationality and entrepreneur's rationality. Politicians pursue maximization of political rent, often succumb to public opinion, and are kidnapped by nationalism. Their choice of action makes Sino-Japanese political relations colder. Entrepreneurs, who pursue maximum profits, often break the political shackles and trade and invest across national borders. Its choice of action makes economic relations between China and Japan warm. As a result, the political and economic relations between China and Japan developed unevenly. At present, the deadlock in Sino-Japanese relations has not been effectively resolved, the high level equilibrium of politics and economy in Sino-Japanese relations cannot be expected, and the low level equilibrium should be avoided as far as possible. Under this constraint, constructing the "bottom structure" of Sino-Japanese relations, that is, the microcosmic operating mechanism of Sino-Japanese relations at the level of enterprises and individuals, is a realistic path to return the Sino-Japanese relations to a relatively normal state.
