【摘要】：正2014年1月24日,拉美所編輯部舉辦"2013年拉美年終形勢(shì)"研討會(huì),總結(jié)拉美地區(qū)在2013年的基本形勢(shì),展望未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。沈安、袁東振、張勇、郭存海、孫洪波、周志偉、魏然和盧思妲分別作了主題發(fā)言。吳白乙、吳國(guó)平、柴瑜和趙雪梅等人就主題發(fā)言作出精彩評(píng)論。研討內(nèi)容和主要觀點(diǎn)如下。1.政治形勢(shì)。2013年拉美政治形勢(shì)的特點(diǎn)是:政治格局基本穩(wěn)定,重要選舉基本有序;左翼仍居主導(dǎo)地位,政治生態(tài)保持基本平衡;程序民主日益
[Abstract]:On January 24, 2014, the editorial department of the Latin American Institute held a seminar on "the end of the year 2013 in Latin America" to summarize the basic situation in the region in 2013 and to look forward to the future development trend. Shen an, Yuan Dongzhen, Zhang Yong, Guo Cunhai, Sun Hongbo, Zhou Zhiwei, Wei ran and Lu Sida made keynote speeches. Wu Baiyi, Wu Guoping, Chai Yu and Zhao Xuemei made brilliant comments on the theme. The contents and main points of the discussion are as follows. 1. Political situation. The characteristics of the political situation in Latin America in 2013 are: the political structure is basically stable, the important elections are basically orderly; the left is still dominant, the political ecology is basically balanced; and procedural democracy is increasing.
