【摘要】：白俄羅斯與波蘭作為鄰邦，有緊密的歷史文化聯(lián)系。冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期，，雙方同屬于社會(huì)主義陣營(yíng)，冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后，兩國(guó)卻走向截然不同的轉(zhuǎn)型道路，成為西方與俄羅斯交鋒的最前沿。在這樣的大背景下，冷戰(zhàn)后的兩國(guó)關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了曲折的發(fā)展過(guò)程，也呈現(xiàn)出了自己的特點(diǎn)。這一過(guò)程發(fā)展變化是內(nèi)外因素共同作用的結(jié)果，一方面，兩國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)政治形勢(shì)的變化、歷史文化與心里因素、少數(shù)民族問(wèn)題、白俄羅斯反對(duì)派問(wèn)題等直接影響兩國(guó)關(guān)系；另一方面，外部因素，尤其是俄羅斯、歐盟與美國(guó)因素對(duì)兩國(guó)關(guān)系有十分顯著的影響。本文希望通過(guò)梳理兩過(guò)關(guān)系發(fā)展歷程，分析和總結(jié)兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展主要特點(diǎn)，探究影響兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展的影響因素，從而進(jìn)一步把握兩國(guó)關(guān)系未來(lái)發(fā)展的走向。
[Abstract]:Belarus and Poland, as neighbors, have close historical and cultural ties. During the Cold War, both sides belonged to the socialist camp. After the Cold War, the two countries went on a completely different way of transition and became the frontier of the confrontation between the West and Russia. Against this background, the relations between the two countries have undergone a tortuous process of development after the Cold War, and also show their own characteristics. The development and change of this process is the result of internal and external factors. On the one hand, the changes of domestic political situation, historical culture and psychological factors, the problems of ethnic minorities and the opposition of Belarus directly affect the relations between the two countries. On the other hand, external factors, especially Russia, the European Union and the United States, have a significant impact on the relationship between the two countries. This paper hopes to analyze and summarize the main characteristics of the development of bilateral relations by combing the course of development of the relationship between the two countries, and to explore the factors that affect the development of the relations between the two countries, so as to further grasp the trend of the future development of the relations between the two countries.
