【摘要】：氣候變化威脅人類生存和發(fā)展,合作共治成為全球共識。美國退出"巴黎協(xié)定",是全球氣候治理新挑戰(zhàn)。中國在既往的應(yīng)對氣候變化、推動全球氣候治理中,采取了積極行動,作出了重要貢獻(xiàn),展現(xiàn)出負(fù)責(zé)任、敢擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)拇髧蜗�。未�?中國應(yīng)回應(yīng)國際社會的期待,主動擔(dān)當(dāng)全球應(yīng)對氣候變化主導(dǎo)者角色,共同推動建立公平合理的國際氣候治理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Climate change threatens the survival and development of mankind, and cooperative governance has become a global consensus. The withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Agreement is a new challenge to global climate governance. China has taken positive actions and made important contributions in its past efforts to deal with climate change and promote global climate governance, showing its image as a responsible and courageous power. In the future, China should respond to the expectations of the international community, take the initiative to play a leading role in the global response to climate change, and jointly promote the establishment of a fair and reasonable international climate governance mechanism.
