【摘要】：中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話是中美兩國(guó)就事關(guān)兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性、長(zhǎng)期性、全局性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行的高級(jí)別對(duì)話。自2009年至今,對(duì)話已成功舉行了六輪,對(duì)中美兩國(guó)關(guān)系和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了重大影響。但對(duì)話中兩國(guó)的承諾以及兩國(guó)后續(xù)執(zhí)行完成情況仍存在可進(jìn)一步完善的地方。相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),中國(guó)做出了比較大的讓步,而且基本完成了相應(yīng)承諾;而美國(guó)的承諾和完成的承諾都較少。中國(guó)應(yīng)充分利用美國(guó)政治兩極分化的弱點(diǎn)和當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的有利變化,爭(zhēng)取經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話和輿論的主導(dǎo)權(quán),提高經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)話的針對(duì)性。
[Abstract]:The Strategic and Economic Dialogue between China and the United States is a high-level dialogue between China and the United States on issues of strategic, long-term and overall importance to the development of bilateral relations. Since 2009, the dialogue has successfully held six rounds, which has had a significant impact on the relations between China and the United States and on the world economy. However, there is still room for further improvement in the dialogue's commitments and the completion of the two countries' follow-up implementation. China has made relatively large concessions and largely fulfilled its commitments, while the United States has made fewer commitments and fulfilled them. China should make full use of the weakness of political polarization in the United States and the favorable changes in the current world economic structure, strive for the leading power of economic dialogue and public opinion, and improve the pertinence of economic dialogue.
