【摘要】：隨著北極地區(qū)的變化,北極安全呈現(xiàn)新的態(tài)勢。非傳統(tǒng)安全因素的作用日益凸顯,北極各國在北極地區(qū)軍事部署不斷增強(qiáng)、各國在北極安全問題上存在不同的利益主張、氣候和環(huán)境合作需求空前加強(qiáng)以及北極安全合作等問題日益全球化。作為北極的重要利益攸關(guān)方,中國在北極地區(qū)享有廣泛的能源安全、生態(tài)安全與國家安全等安全利益。中國需要從國家層面戰(zhàn)略制定與實施、機(jī)制構(gòu)建、國際合作和國內(nèi)科研水平提升等多方面去維護(hù)中國的北極安全利益。
[Abstract]:With the changes of the Arctic region, the role of non-traditional security factors has become increasingly prominent. The military deployment of the Arctic countries has been strengthened continuously. Different countries have different interests in the Arctic security issues. The demand for climate and environmental cooperation has been strengthened unprecedentedly and the Arctic security cooperation has become increasingly globalized. As an important stakeholder in the Arctic, China enjoys a wide range of security interests in the Arctic, such as energy security, ecological security and national security.
