【摘要】： 1998年印度公開進(jìn)行了核試驗(yàn),核試驗(yàn)的影響是深遠(yuǎn)的。核試驗(yàn)之后,印度的國內(nèi)政治環(huán)境和國際處境都發(fā)生了變化,這為印度制定對(duì)華外交政策奠定了基礎(chǔ)。可以說,印度1998年核試驗(yàn)是其對(duì)華外交政策的一個(gè)標(biāo)志性事件,自此以后印度的對(duì)華政策走向成熟和理性。在對(duì)華外交政策上,瓦杰帕伊政府和曼莫漢·辛格政府保持了高度的延續(xù)性和繼承性。兩屆政府的對(duì)華外交政策更加務(wù)實(shí),不斷擴(kuò)大與中國在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的交往與合作,中印關(guān)系在“面向和平與繁榮的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系”的道路上不斷向前發(fā)展。但是,由于受歷史問題、邊界問題、西藏問題、中巴關(guān)系以及大國因素的影響,印度對(duì)中國的不信任依然根深蒂固,印度對(duì)華政策依然面臨諸多不穩(wěn)定因素�；诖�,本文嘗試探討了印度核試驗(yàn)后對(duì)華政策的特點(diǎn),并力圖在客觀的基礎(chǔ)上預(yù)測中印關(guān)系的走勢。
[Abstract]:In 1998, India conducted an open nuclear test, the impact of which is far-reaching. After the nuclear test, India's domestic political environment and international situation changed, which laid the foundation for India's foreign policy towards China. It can be said that India's nuclear test in 1998 is a landmark event of its foreign policy towards China, and since then India's China policy has become mature and rational. The Vajpayee and Manmohan Singh governments maintain a high degree of continuity and inheritance in their foreign policy towards China. The foreign policy of the two governments toward China has become more pragmatic, expanding exchanges and cooperation with China in various fields, and Sino-Indian relations have continued to develop on the road of "strategic cooperative partnership oriented to peace and prosperity." However, due to the influence of historical issues, border issues, Tibet issues, Sino-Pakistani relations and major power factors, India's distrust of China is still deep-rooted, and India's China policy still faces many unstable factors. Based on this, this paper attempts to discuss the characteristics of India's policy towards China after nuclear test, and tries to predict the trend of Sino-Indian relations on the basis of objectivity.
