【摘要】：我國(guó)與世界銀行的合作始于1980年,在不同的歷史時(shí)期,我國(guó)與世界銀行的合作緊密圍繞我國(guó)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略和發(fā)展規(guī)劃開展,然而隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及國(guó)力的增強(qiáng),加之我國(guó)在世界銀行位置的變化和國(guó)際地位的不斷提高,以往我國(guó)與世界銀行主要以資金貸款為合作方式的戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)變得不適應(yīng)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要,那么如何布局當(dāng)前我國(guó)與世界銀行的合作關(guān)系,如何充分利用世界銀行資源為我國(guó)的改革和可持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)與世行合作需要解決的問題。 本文回顧了世界銀行的發(fā)展簡(jiǎn)史、世界銀行的業(yè)務(wù)及功能,總結(jié)了我國(guó)與世界銀行合作的歷程與合作內(nèi)容,以我國(guó)與世界銀行的合作關(guān)系為研究對(duì)象,以國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治利益關(guān)系為主線,從經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論、政治的高度來研究我國(guó)與世界銀行的合作關(guān)系,并結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)力不斷增強(qiáng)和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化重任迫在眉睫的背景,分析了我國(guó)與世界銀行合作的戰(zhàn)略利益和戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn),并結(jié)合目前我國(guó)與世界銀行合作存在的問題,提出了完善合作的思路和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between China and the World Bank began in 1980. In different historical periods, the cooperation between China and the World Bank has been carried out closely around our national strategy and development plan. However, with the development of our economy and the enhancement of our national strength, In addition, with the change of our country's position in the World Bank and the continuous improvement of our international status, the strategy of cooperation between China and the World Bank, which is mainly based on capital loans, has become unable to meet the needs of the current sustainable economic and social development. Therefore, how to lay out the cooperative relationship between China and the World Bank and how to make full use of the resources of the World Bank to contribute to the reform and sustainable development of our country have become the problems that need to be solved in the current cooperation between China and the World Bank. This paper reviews the history of the development of the World Bank, the business and functions of the World Bank, summarizes the history and contents of the cooperation between China and the World Bank, and takes the cooperative relationship between China and the World Bank as the research object. Taking the international economic and political interests as the main line, this paper studies the cooperative relationship between China and the World Bank from the economic theory and the political height, and combines the urgent background of the increasing national strength and the structural optimization of our country. This paper analyzes on the strategic interests and strategic emphases of the cooperation between China and the World Bank, and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to perfect the cooperation in the light of the problems existing in the cooperation between China and the World Bank at present.
