【摘要】：文章認(rèn)為當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)恐怖主義已經(jīng)成為恐怖主義的主要形式,成為世界各國(guó)共同面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。"一帶一路"沿線(xiàn)是恐怖主義高發(fā)區(qū),目前沿線(xiàn)各國(guó)的合作主要集中于經(jīng)貿(mào)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全合作方面相對(duì)滯后,這勢(shì)必阻礙沿線(xiàn)經(jīng)貿(mào)等領(lǐng)域的合作,因此沿線(xiàn)各國(guó)必須從網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐和網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全合作兩個(gè)維度建立應(yīng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)恐怖主義的體制機(jī)制,著力構(gòu)建沿線(xiàn)"網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體"。
[Abstract]:The article believes that the current network terrorism has become the main form of terrorism, become a common problem faced by all countries in the world. " There is a high incidence of terrorism along the Belt and Road line. At present, the cooperation of the countries along the route is mainly concentrated in the fields of economy and trade, infrastructure construction, etc., and is relatively lagging behind in the area of network security cooperation, which is bound to hinder the cooperation in the economic and trade fields along the route. Therefore, countries along the route must set up institutional mechanisms to deal with cyberterrorism from the two dimensions of cyberterrorism and cyber security cooperation, and focus on constructing the "cyberspace destiny community" along the route.
