【摘要】：正當(dāng)今的國(guó)際秩序圖景是歷史上不同秩序形態(tài)層累的結(jié)果。歷史上,世界各個(gè)文明相互連貫且自成一體的地區(qū),往往都以核心文明國(guó)家為中心,構(gòu)造出自身與周邊地區(qū)的地域秩序。在近500年來世界歷史從分散發(fā)展走向整體發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,各大地區(qū)性秩序都經(jīng)歷過嬗變。西方國(guó)家內(nèi)部的地區(qū)國(guó)際秩序最初只局限于西歐,后來逐步擴(kuò)展到北美。秩序主導(dǎo)者的接力棒在荷蘭、西班牙、法國(guó)、英國(guó)、美國(guó)之間相互交接,幾乎每次交接
[Abstract]:The current picture of international order is the result of different order patterns in history. In history, each civilization of the world has been connected with each other and made up of its own region order with the core civilization country as the center. In the past 500 years, the history of the world has changed from decentralized development to overall development. The regional international order within the West was initially confined to Western Europe and later extended to North America. The baton of the leader of order is handed over between the Netherlands, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States, almost every time.
