【摘要】：面對(duì)當(dāng)下中國(guó)加速崛起引發(fā)的國(guó)際體系深度變革和大國(guó)博弈日趨激烈的歷史趨勢(shì),中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。當(dāng)前,學(xué)界有關(guān)中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交理論的研究剛剛起步,它不僅需要從外交政策和實(shí)踐層面進(jìn)行解讀,更應(yīng)當(dāng)從外交理論和外交哲學(xué)層面加以探究。本文介紹了中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交的生成背景,試圖從學(xué)理意義上論述中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交獨(dú)特的理論內(nèi)涵。在此基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)當(dāng)前外交實(shí)踐的探索,從政策理念、價(jià)值理念和哲學(xué)理念三個(gè)層面探討中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交的思想創(chuàng)新,包括合作共贏新理念、正確的價(jià)值觀、和諧世界和命運(yùn)共同體。最后,指出中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交正在開辟一條與歷史上傳統(tǒng)大國(guó)完全不同的大國(guó)發(fā)展新道路,而這無論對(duì)中國(guó)還是對(duì)世界,都具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義。
[Abstract]:In the face of the deep change of international system caused by China's accelerating rise and the increasingly fierce historical trend of great power game, great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics emerges as the times require. At present, the academic research on the diplomatic theory of the great powers with Chinese characteristics has just started. It needs to be interpreted not only from the aspects of foreign policy and practice, but also from the diplomatic theory and diplomatic philosophy. This paper introduces the background of the emergence of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, and tries to discuss the unique theoretical connotation of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics from the theoretical point of view. On this basis, according to the exploration of current diplomatic practice, this paper discusses the ideological innovation of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics from the three aspects of policy idea, value idea and philosophy idea, including the concept of win-win cooperation and correct values. A harmonious world and a community of destiny. Finally, it is pointed out that the diplomacy of great powers with Chinese characteristics is opening up a new way for the development of great powers completely different from the traditional powers in history, which is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to China and the world.
