【摘要】：美西戰(zhàn)爭后,美國內(nèi)部對菲律賓領土范圍的確定曾產(chǎn)生意見分歧,1898年巴黎和約最終確立了美國對菲律賓的領土政策,即將整個菲律賓群島納入美國統(tǒng)治體系。1930年形成的菲律賓條約界限正式確立了美屬菲律賓的領土范圍。20世紀上半葉,美國在菲律賓領土政策上的實踐表明,美國不僅致力于依據(jù)條約規(guī)定適時調(diào)整圈定菲律賓領土范圍的巴黎和約線,而且嚴格遵守有關(guān)和約中關(guān)于領土界限的規(guī)定。美方的這一行動最終奠定了菲律賓獨立之后國家的領土界限。
[Abstract]:After the Spanish-American War, there were differences of opinion within the United States on the determination of the territorial scope of the Philippines. The 1898 Paris Peace Treaty finally established the territorial policy of the United States towards the Philippines. The territorial scope of the United States Philippines was formally established by the treaty boundary of the Philippines formed in 1930. In the first half of the 20th century, the practice of the United States in the territorial policy of the Philippines shows that The United States is not only committed to timely adjustment of the Paris Peace Treaty line which delineates the territory of the Philippines according to treaty provisions, but also strictly adheres to the provisions on territorial boundaries in the Treaty of Peace. This action by the United States finally established the territorial boundaries of the Philippines after independence.
