【摘要】：本文旨在用一種社會學(xué)的視角發(fā)掘中國與歐洲聯(lián)盟合作的動力,揭示觀念、身份等社會性要素在中歐30年(主要時間跨度為1975-2005年)互動歷史中的功能。為了實現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),本文作者構(gòu)思了一個建構(gòu)主義的分析路徑,并將其概念化為“國家互動的雙向度路徑”,以此重新解讀中歐關(guān)系的深層屬性。所謂“雙向度”,實際指的是國家在互動過程中所涉及的兩個向度上的互動事實,即行為體一方面與處于轉(zhuǎn)型之中的國際體系發(fā)生互動關(guān)系,另一方面與對方行為體進(jìn)行互動。作者主要使用兩個概念來詮釋上述兩個向度的問題：在體系向度上,國家與國際體系進(jìn)行互動的方式是“國家社會化”,即,中國或者歐盟各自以內(nèi)化國際體系規(guī)范的方式來適應(yīng)變動中的國際體系；而在單元互動向度上,國家互動的方式則體現(xiàn)為“身份互構(gòu)”,即,中國或者歐盟分別通過持續(xù)不斷地調(diào)整自己的國際身份并同時建構(gòu)與對方的關(guān)系來適應(yīng)這一組雙邊關(guān)系。 本文的分析路徑主要來源于兩方面：理論方面,靈感主要來自于國際關(guān)系理論中的社會理論,尤其是建構(gòu)主義與英國學(xué)派的啟發(fā),它們?yōu)楸韭窂降臉?gòu)思提供了重要的思想源泉；實踐方面,中歐30年互動的歷史也為文本的研究議程提供了豐富的史料資源。本文作者希望通過這樣一種社會學(xué)的視角對甲歐關(guān)系進(jìn)行重新解讀,以實現(xiàn)兩個目的：一是反映目前還較少為學(xué)者所涉足的國際關(guān)系的社會屬性,二是揭示國際關(guān)系的動態(tài)性特征。從本文所做的中歐關(guān)系案例中基本得出了這樣的結(jié)論：國家間互動的過程實際上是一種觀念互動的過程,在這一過程中,不論是互動雙方所進(jìn)行的“國家社會化”抑或是“身份互構(gòu)”,都是動態(tài)的而非靜止與先驗的。唯有始終將這些概念置于不斷變化著的國際背景之下,方能更加理性地討論中歐集體身份形成的可能性,也才能更加客觀地認(rèn)識與理解中歐關(guān)系的過去、現(xiàn)在和未來。
[Abstract]:This paper aims to explore the motive force of the cooperation between China and the European Union from a sociological perspective, and to reveal the functions of social elements such as concept and identity in the 30 years of interaction between China and Europe (the main time span is 1975-2005). In order to achieve this goal, the author conceive a constructive analysis path, and conceptualize it as a "two-way path of national interaction", so as to reinterpret the deep attributes of China-EU relations. The so-called "two-way degree" actually refers to the fact that the state interacts in two dimensions in the process of interaction, that is, the actors interact with the international system in transition on the one hand, and the other actors on the other. The author mainly uses two concepts to interpret the above two dimensions: in the system dimension, the mode of interaction between the state and the international system is "the socialization of the state", that is, The ways in which China or the European Union internalize the international system to adapt to the changing international system; in terms of the degree of unit interaction, the mode of national interaction is "identity mutual construction," that is, China or the European Union adapt to this set of bilateral relations by continuously adjusting their international identity and simultaneously building relations with each other. The analysis path of this paper mainly comes from two aspects: theoretically, inspiration mainly comes from the social theory in the theory of international relations, especially the inspiration of constructivism and English school, which provide an important source of thought for the conception of this path; In practice, the 30-year interactive history of China and Europe also provides rich historical resources for the research agenda of the text. The author of this paper hopes to reinterpret the A-Europe relationship from such a sociological perspective in order to achieve two purposes: first, to reflect the social attributes of international relations, which are seldom set foot by scholars at present. The second is to reveal the dynamic characteristics of international relations. From the case of China-EU relations made in this paper, we can draw the conclusion that the process of inter-state interaction is actually a process of conceptual interaction, and in this process, Whether it is the socialization of the state or the mutual construction of identity, it is dynamic rather than static and transcendental. Only by keeping these concepts under the changing international background can we discuss more rationally the possibility of the formation of the collective identity of China and Europe, and can we understand and understand the past, present and future of China-EU relations more objectively.
