【摘要】：正最近一段時(shí)間,全世界的目光都集中在克里米亞。世界不太平。對(duì)于國(guó)家安全戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題的研究來(lái)說(shuō),這是一部最新教材。烏克蘭事件,至少提供給我們兩點(diǎn)啟示。第一,人民群眾基本生活條件的安全,也就是人民群眾的衣食住行問(wèn)題,屬于國(guó)家安全的一部分而且是基礎(chǔ)性的部分,也是國(guó)家安全的基本前提。
[Abstract]:Recently, the eyes of the world have been focused on Crimea. The world is not at peace. For the study of national security strategy, this is the latest textbook. The events in Ukraine offer at least two revelations. First, the security of the people's basic living conditions, that is, the issue of the people's clothing, food, housing and transportation, is part of and fundamental to national security, and is also a basic prerequisite for national security.
