【摘要】：近年來(lái),伴隨著中國(guó)國(guó)際地位的快速提升,國(guó)際上“中國(guó)威脅論”、“中國(guó)崩潰論”等“捧殺中國(guó)”和“唱衰中國(guó)”的聲音不絕于耳;國(guó)內(nèi)為我們所取得的成就而忘乎所以的也大有人在。因此,搞清楚中國(guó)國(guó)際地位,既是正確認(rèn)識(shí)國(guó)情的需要,也是應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外不能正確認(rèn)識(shí)中國(guó)國(guó)際地位者的需要,更是我們制定國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、確定國(guó)家對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外政策的主要依據(jù)。本文從分析中國(guó)國(guó)際地位的現(xiàn)狀入手,通過(guò)全面梳理影響中國(guó)國(guó)際地位提高的積極因素和消極因素,導(dǎo)出提高中國(guó)國(guó)際地位的對(duì)策。 本文分為三大部分。 第一部分為:影響中國(guó)國(guó)際地位的因素,本部分主要研究的問(wèn)題是:中國(guó)國(guó)際地位現(xiàn)狀,影響中國(guó)國(guó)際地位的國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外的積極因素和消極因素。 第二大部分為:提升中國(guó)國(guó)際地位的對(duì)策和研究。本部分主要從國(guó)內(nèi)的主要對(duì)策和國(guó)際的主要對(duì)策兩方面來(lái)探討。 第三大部分為:中國(guó)國(guó)際地位提升對(duì)世界的影響。本部分主要內(nèi)容有:中國(guó)國(guó)際地位提升可以改變?nèi)蛘谓?jīng)濟(jì)秩序、增加發(fā)展中國(guó)家力量、更多地承擔(dān)國(guó)際責(zé)任和更好地推動(dòng)建設(shè)持久和平和共同繁榮的和諧世界。 本文力圖能為人們正確認(rèn)識(shí)中國(guó)的國(guó)際地位,了解影響中國(guó)國(guó)際地位提升的因素,及由此形成的推動(dòng)中國(guó)國(guó)際地位的持續(xù)提升的對(duì)策有所幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid improvement of China's international status, the international "China threat", "the collapse of China" and other "kill China" and "China" voices are constantly heard; There are plenty of people at home who have forgotten what we have achieved. Therefore, to make clear China's international status is not only the need to correctly understand the national conditions, but also the need to deal with those who cannot correctly understand China's international status at home and abroad, and it is even more important for us to formulate a national development strategy. To determine the main basis of the country's domestic and foreign policy. This paper begins with the analysis of the current situation of China's international status, and through comprehensively combing out the positive and negative factors that affect the improvement of China's international status, derives the countermeasures for improving China's international status. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the factors that influence China's international status. The main problems of this part are: the current situation of China's international status, the positive and negative factors at home and abroad that affect China's international status. The second part is the countermeasure and research of promoting China's international status. This part mainly from the domestic and international main countermeasures to explore two aspects. The third part is the influence of China's rising international status on the world. The main contents of this part are as follows: the promotion of China's international status can change the global political and economic order, increase the strength of developing countries, shoulder more international responsibilities and better promote the building of a harmonious world of lasting peace and common prosperity. This paper tries to help people to understand China's international status correctly, to understand the factors that affect the promotion of China's international status, and the countermeasures to promote China's international status.
