【摘要】：2014年全面爆發(fā)的西非埃博拉疫情是近年來世界經(jīng)歷的一場規(guī)�？涨�、危害巨大、范圍廣泛、后果嚴(yán)重的公共衛(wèi)生危機(jī),對科學(xué)界、公眾心理和全球衛(wèi)生體系構(gòu)成嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。本輪疫情及其引發(fā)的"埃博拉戰(zhàn)爭"再次說明,在全球化時(shí)代,任何國家都必須時(shí)刻準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)對傳染病等生物性威脅,而全球公共衛(wèi)生治理體系的加強(qiáng)與國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的改革是促進(jìn)公共衛(wèi)生的必要條件。"埃博拉戰(zhàn)爭"為中國提供了寶貴的啟示:生物防御能力關(guān)乎國家發(fā)展與安全,衛(wèi)生外交應(yīng)成為新型大國戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容,外向型民間社會(huì)組織有助于擦亮中國的國家品牌。
[Abstract]:The full-scale Ebola outbreak in West Africa in 2014 is a public health crisis with unprecedented scale, great harm, wide range and serious consequences in recent years, which poses a severe challenge to the scientific community, public psychology and the global health system. The current outbreak and its "Ebola war" have demonstrated once again that in the era of globalization, any country must be ready to deal with biological threats such as infectious diseases. The strengthening of the global public health governance system and the reform of the international political and economic order are necessary conditions for promoting public health. " The Ebola War provides China with valuable enlightenment: the ability of biological defense is related to national development and security, health diplomacy should become an important part of the strategy of a new type of great power, and export-oriented civil society organizations can help to polish China's national brand.
