【摘要】：后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的東亞,充滿了擦槍走火的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)危險(xiǎn),不僅是表層的領(lǐng)土之爭(zhēng)、國(guó)家利益之爭(zhēng),更重要的是東亞各國(guó)民族主義、國(guó)家主義情緒高漲,新東亞秩序的重建,最重要的是轉(zhuǎn)變思維,從帝國(guó)秩序轉(zhuǎn)型為共同體秩序,從等級(jí)性的支配性秩序轉(zhuǎn)向扁平化的平等秩序,從一個(gè)中心的主宰性秩序轉(zhuǎn)向多中心的互動(dòng)秩序。去帝國(guó)化、去中心化和去等級(jí)化,乃是未來(lái)東亞共同體秩序的關(guān)鍵所在。歐盟的橫空出世,為東亞提供了永久和平的典范。一個(gè)歐盟式的東亞共同體,不僅是可欲的,而且具有歷史與文化的可能性。當(dāng)東亞逐漸從各種中心論的帝國(guó)秩序剝離出來(lái),意識(shí)到自己東亞同一個(gè)命運(yùn)共同體的時(shí)候,那么,東亞將會(huì)向似乎是可望不可即的烏托邦夢(mèng)想一步步接近。
[Abstract]:In the post-Cold War period, East Asia is full of the danger of war, which is not only the superficial territorial struggle, the national interest struggle, but also the nationalism, the rising nationalism and the reconstruction of the new East Asian order in East Asia, more importantly, the nationalism of the East Asian countries, the rising nationalism, and the re-establishment of the new East Asian order. The most important thing is to change the thinking from the imperial order to the community order, from the hierarchical order to the flat order of equality, from the dominant order of one center to the order of multi-center interaction. The key to the future East Asian Community order is to deempire, centralize and degrade. The emergence of the European Union provides a model for lasting peace in East Asia. A European-style East Asian Community is not only desirable, but also historical and cultural possibility. As East Asia emerges from the central imperial order and realizes that it shares a common destiny in East Asia, East Asia will approach the utopian dream that seems to be impossible.
