【摘要】：英國首相卡梅倫提出的英國就是否退出歐盟進行全民公決的主張,體現(xiàn)了英國對歐政策中新的疑歐主義傾向和趨勢。其自由保守主義與英國根深蒂固的疑歐主義存在著密切的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。針對目前歐盟存在的主要問題,卡梅倫提出了英國主張的治理路徑和方略。而他重提對歐事務的全民公決,有其國內(nèi)外的背景和原因。這種對歐政策新取向的出現(xiàn),實際上反映出英國與歐洲大陸國家在治理和發(fā)展路徑方面的巨大分歧,體現(xiàn)了卡梅倫的一種政治策略,而英國及其未來的命運離不開歐洲大陸。
[Abstract]:British Prime Minister David Cameron's proposal to hold a referendum on whether to leave the EU reflects the new Euroscepticism and trend in Britain's European policy. Its liberal conservatism is closely related to the deep-rooted Euroscepticism in Britain. In view of the main problems existing in the EU, Cameron put forward the governance path and strategy advocated by Britain. But he raised the referendum on European affairs again, has its domestic and foreign background and the reason. The emergence of this new approach to Europe actually reflects the great differences between Britain and the continental European countries in terms of governance and development path, as well as Cameron's political strategy, and the fact that Britain and its future destiny cannot be separated from the continent.
