【摘要】：北宋東亞多國體系下大國制衡與爭鋒、小國圖存與發(fā)展交織成錯綜復雜的國際關系。外交博弈和外交談判十分激烈,且并非簡單的雙邊關系,而與多國制衡關系相互聯(lián)動。華夷觀念是外交博弈的基本理念,但并非固化教條,而是具有彈性特征并因時變化。在華夷觀念下代表著等級制國際關系的名分是外交博弈的首要目標,利益是外交博弈的核心訴求,其背后都是對國家安全的追求。外交博弈結果主要取決于綜合實力,同時受到外交政策的深刻影響。外交使節(jié)的談判技巧對外交博弈產(chǎn)生一定影響,但對大局影響有限。北宋外交博弈既有歷史共性,也有多國體系下的特殊性。
[Abstract]:Under the system of East Asia in the Northern Song Dynasty, the checks and balances of the great powers and the competition between the big countries and the small countries intertwined with each other into intricate international relations. Diplomatic game and diplomatic negotiation are very fierce, and they are not simple bilateral relations, but are interlinked with multi-country checks and balances. The concept of Hua Yi is the basic concept of diplomatic game, but not the solidification of dogma, but the characteristic of elasticity and the change of time. It is the primary goal of diplomatic game to represent the hierarchy of international relations under the concept of Huayi, and the interest is the core demand of diplomatic game, behind which is the pursuit of national security. The result of diplomatic game mainly depends on comprehensive strength and is deeply influenced by foreign policy. The negotiation skills of diplomatic envoys have a certain influence on diplomatic game, but have limited influence on the overall situation. Diplomatic game in Northern Song Dynasty has both historical generality and particularity under multi-country system.
