【摘要】：本文通過對毛澤東獨(dú)立自主外交戰(zhàn)略思想的具體分析，探尋中國外交發(fā)展的軌跡。毛澤東獨(dú)立自主的外交戰(zhàn)略思想形成于抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前夕，成熟于抗戰(zhàn)勝利前后，建國前夕及新中國成立后得以繼續(xù)發(fā)展。從理論整體上把握毛澤東獨(dú)立自主外交思想的精髓，特定時(shí)間段的國內(nèi)外形勢對外交戰(zhàn)略思想的形成具有巨大的影響作用，突出了我國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的智慧。毛澤東獨(dú)立自主的外交戰(zhàn)略思想始終以國家利益為核心，堅(jiān)持民族獨(dú)立，獨(dú)立自主地決定對外政策；堅(jiān)持和平共處五項(xiàng)原則；堅(jiān)決反對霸權(quán)主義并團(tuán)結(jié)第三世界共同反霸。毛澤東獨(dú)立自主的外交戰(zhàn)略思想呈現(xiàn)出明顯的時(shí)代特征，新中國成立之初帶有明顯的意識(shí)形態(tài)色彩，60年代的獨(dú)立自主外交戰(zhàn)略思想則兼顧意識(shí)形態(tài)與國家利益，開始趨向靈活，70年代則以國家利益至上。毛澤東時(shí)代，我國外交取得了巨大成就，，成功地維護(hù)了國家的獨(dú)立和主權(quán)，改善了中國的處境，擴(kuò)大了世界影響。針對21世紀(jì)我國外交面臨的新形勢，提煉出毛澤東獨(dú)立自主外交思想對當(dāng)今我國外交戰(zhàn)略的啟示，從發(fā)展國防和現(xiàn)代化軍隊(duì)，既要堅(jiān)持睦鄰友好，又要堅(jiān)決維護(hù)國家主權(quán)原則，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)同發(fā)展中國家的友好關(guān)系，以及要以國家利益為核心等角度展開分析。毛澤東獨(dú)立自主外交思想對當(dāng)今中國外交困境的解決具有重大的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of Mao Zedong's independent diplomatic strategy, this paper explores the track of China's diplomatic development. Mao Zedong's independent diplomatic strategic thought was formed on the eve of the outbreak of the War of Resistance, matured before and after the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, and continued to develop before the founding of the people's Republic of China and after the founding of New China. Grasp the essence of Mao Zedong's independent diplomacy thought from the whole theory, the domestic and foreign situation in the special time period has the enormous influence to the diplomatic strategic thought formation, has highlighted our country leader's wisdom. Mao Zedong's independent diplomatic strategic thought always regards the national interests as the core, adheres to national independence, independently decides foreign policy, adheres to the five principles of peaceful coexistence, resolutely opposes hegemonism and unites the third World against hegemonism. Mao Zedong's independent diplomatic strategic thought shows obvious characteristics of the times, and the independent diplomatic strategic thought of the 1960s, with obvious ideological color at the beginning of the founding of New China, gives consideration to both ideology and national interests. Began to move towards flexibility in the 1970 s with the national interest first. In the era of Mao Zedong, China's diplomacy has made great achievements, which has successfully safeguarded national independence and sovereignty, improved China's situation and expanded its influence on the world. In view of the new situation of China's diplomacy in the 21st century, this paper abstracts the enlightenment of Mao Zedong's independent diplomacy thought to the present diplomatic strategy of our country. From the development of national defense and modern army, we should not only adhere to the principle of good-neighborliness and friendship, but also resolutely safeguard the principle of national sovereignty. To further strengthen friendly relations with developing countries, and to focus on national interests and other aspects of analysis. Mao Zedong's independent diplomacy is of great significance for the solution of China's diplomatic dilemma.
