【摘要】： 作為一個位于中國、俄羅斯之間的內(nèi)陸國家,蒙古因其特殊的地理位置以及與中俄的復(fù)雜政治外交關(guān)系而引人注目。冷戰(zhàn)后,東北亞地區(qū)因其重要的戰(zhàn)略地位和巨大的經(jīng)濟潛力,而成為美國全球戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)注點。蒙古作為東北亞地區(qū)一個地緣戰(zhàn)略位置極其重要的國家,被美國視為實現(xiàn)東北亞區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略、遏制中俄的“親密伙伴”。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,美蒙關(guān)系日漸升溫,并呈現(xiàn)出以政治交往為基礎(chǔ),以軍事合作為重點,以經(jīng)濟及科技文化聯(lián)系為催化劑的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,這引起了美日中俄等大國之間的博弈,各國相繼調(diào)整對蒙古的戰(zhàn)略并在蒙古展開了激烈的利益爭奪,這必將影響東北亞地區(qū)的安全與穩(wěn)定。本文以美蒙關(guān)系的發(fā)展為主線,對蒙古在美國東北亞戰(zhàn)略中的作用進行了分析。 本文通過對冷戰(zhàn)后美蒙關(guān)系發(fā)展的回顧,著重分析了蒙古的戰(zhàn)略價值、美國的戰(zhàn)略意圖以及兩國關(guān)系的發(fā)展對東北亞地區(qū)產(chǎn)生的影響。美國雖不是東北亞國家,但它憑借著強大的政治、經(jīng)濟和軍事實力插手該地區(qū)事務(wù)并對東北亞的安全格局產(chǎn)生重大影響；而蒙古雖然實力弱小,但其特殊的地緣優(yōu)勢卻使其成為對東北亞的安全有著重要意義的一環(huán)。分析美蒙關(guān)系的發(fā)展表現(xiàn)、原因及影響,對我們更清晰地認清東北亞的安全格局及走勢,爭取維護東北亞地區(qū)長期和平、穩(wěn)定的環(huán)境有著重要作用。
[Abstract]:As a landlocked country between China and Russia, Mongolia is notable for its special geographical location and complex political and diplomatic relations with China and Russia. After the Cold War, Northeast Asia became the focus of American global strategy because of its important strategic position and huge economic potential. Mongolia, as a country with extremely important geo-strategic position in Northeast Asia, is regarded by the United States as the "close partner" to realize the Northeast Asia strategy and to contain China and Russia. After the end of the Cold War, the relations between the United States and Mongolia have been warming up day by day, and they have shown a developing trend based on political exchanges, focusing on military cooperation and using economic, scientific, technological and cultural ties as the catalyst. This has led to a game between the United States, Japan, China, Russia, and other major powers. Every country adjusts the strategy to Mongolia one after another and launches the fierce interest contention in Mongolia, which will affect the security and stability of Northeast Asia. Based on the development of American-Mongolian relations, this paper analyzes the role of Mongolia in American Northeast Asia strategy. By reviewing the development of US-Mongolia relations after the Cold War, this paper focuses on the strategic value of Mongolia, the strategic intention of the United States and the influence of the development of the relations between the two countries on Northeast Asia. Although the United States is not a country in Northeast Asia, it has a strong political, economic and military power to intervene in the affairs of the region and has a significant impact on the security situation in North-East Asia. But its special geographical advantage makes it an important link to the security of Northeast Asia. It is important for us to understand clearly the security pattern and trend of Northeast Asia and strive to maintain the long-term peace and stable environment in Northeast Asia by analyzing the development, causes and influence of the relationship between the United States and Mongolia.
