【摘要】：自塞西執(zhí)政以來(lái),埃及對(duì)巴勒斯坦的政策與埃及國(guó)內(nèi)政治密切關(guān)聯(lián)。為鞏固政權(quán)、促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、提高國(guó)際地位和聲望,塞西采取了支持巴勒斯坦的政策,具體包括:支持法塔赫,調(diào)解法塔赫與哈馬斯的分歧,推動(dòng)巴勒斯坦內(nèi)部和解;對(duì)哈馬斯采取打擊與懷柔并行的兩手策略;在以色列與哈馬斯之間進(jìn)行斡旋,促使雙方達(dá)成停火協(xié)議;積極推動(dòng)巴以和談。這些政策再次凸顯埃及在解決巴勒斯坦問(wèn)題中的獨(dú)特地位與作用。然而,由于埃及國(guó)力衰退、地區(qū)和國(guó)際影響力下降、對(duì)埃以關(guān)系日益重視等現(xiàn)實(shí)因素,埃及對(duì)巴勒斯坦政策的實(shí)施仍面臨諸多困難。
[Abstract]:Since Sisi came to power, Egypt's policies towards Palestine have been closely linked to Egypt's domestic politics. In order to consolidate the regime, promote social stability and economic development and enhance international standing and prestige, Sisi has adopted a policy of supporting Palestine, including supporting Fatah and mediating the differences between Fatah and Hamas, To promote intra-Palestinian reconciliation; to adopt a two-handed strategy of attacking Hamas in parallel with Huairou; to mediate between Israel and Hamas to reach a ceasefire agreement; and to actively promote Palestinian-Israeli peace talks. These policies once again highlight Egypt's unique position and role in resolving the Palestinian question. However, due to the decline of Egypt's national strength, the decline of regional and international influence, and the increasing importance attached to the relations between Egypt and Israel, Egypt still faces many difficulties in implementing its Palestinian policy.
