【摘要】：工業(yè)革命開啟了現(xiàn)代性世界政治。資本主義是現(xiàn)代性世界政治的最核心要素。18~19世紀(jì),西方國(guó)家在完成國(guó)內(nèi)政治資本主義化的同時(shí),開始了全球政治的資本主義化,即帝國(guó)主義、殖民主義進(jìn)程。伴隨這一過程,19世紀(jì)出現(xiàn)了為論證殖民統(tǒng)治合法性的赤裸裸的種族主義,即白人優(yōu)越論。20世紀(jì)的自由主義民主普世價(jià)值論的實(shí)質(zhì)依然是以一種文明取代其他文明。其間雖然遭遇到社會(huì)主義和民族自決權(quán)的反向運(yùn)動(dòng),但由資本主義和白人優(yōu)越論構(gòu)成的過程性結(jié)構(gòu)所演繹的結(jié)果,便是不平等性、霸權(quán)性的現(xiàn)狀性結(jié)構(gòu),即所謂的國(guó)際制度。戰(zhàn)后西方社會(huì)科學(xué)基本上是在以學(xué)術(shù)形式論證這種現(xiàn)狀性結(jié)構(gòu)的政治合法性。而包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的非西方國(guó)家的社會(huì)科學(xué),則把美國(guó)式學(xué)術(shù)當(dāng)成了學(xué)問。中國(guó)的崛起將形成從中國(guó)出發(fā)的世界政治體系,相應(yīng)地,這種從中國(guó)出發(fā)的過程性結(jié)構(gòu)也正是建構(gòu)自主性中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)的歷史邏輯起點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The industrial revolution opened up modern world politics. Capitalism is the core element of modern world politics. In the 19th century, the western countries began the process of capitalization of global politics, that is, imperialism and colonialism. Accompanied by this process, there appeared in the 19th century the naked racism to prove the legitimacy of colonial rule, that is, the white superiority theory. The essence of the liberal democratic universal value theory in the 20th century is still to replace other civilizations with one civilization. Although it encountered the reverse movement of socialism and national self-determination, the result of the process structure of capitalism and white superiority theory was inequality and hegemonic status quo structure, that is, the so-called international system. After the war, the western social sciences basically demonstrated the political legitimacy of the present structure in academic form. Social sciences in non-western countries, including China, regard American learning as learning. The rise of China will form a world political system starting from China. Accordingly, this process structure from China is also the starting point of historical logic for the construction of autonomous Chinese social sciences.
