【摘要】：南亞地區(qū)多種利益碎片化的狀態(tài)是由物質(zhì)性因素與社會(huì)性因素共同作用的結(jié)果。其中,物質(zhì)性因素主要包含權(quán)力、安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面,社會(huì)性因素主要包括宗教、民族、歷史文化等方面。這種利益碎片化導(dǎo)致了南亞多邊合作受阻,雙邊合作有限,與之相對(duì),南亞國(guó)家與域外國(guó)家的合作卻得到了快速發(fā)展。在此情況下,中國(guó)應(yīng)在加強(qiáng)與印度的互信、互惠基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)展與其他南亞國(guó)家的雙邊關(guān)系,著力推進(jìn)中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊的建設(shè);同時(shí),積極開(kāi)展與南亞國(guó)家的次區(qū)域合作,打造暢通、共贏的孟中印緬經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊。
[Abstract]:The fragmentation of various interests in South Asia is the result of the interaction of material factors and social factors. Among them, material factors mainly include power, security and economy, social factors mainly include religion, nationality, history and culture. This fragmentation of interests leads to the obstruction of multilateral cooperation in South Asia, but the bilateral cooperation is limited. In contrast, the cooperation between South Asian countries and foreign countries has developed rapidly. Under these circumstances, China should, on the basis of strengthening mutual trust and mutual benefit with India, develop bilateral relations with other South Asian countries and make efforts to promote the construction of an economic corridor between China and Pakistan; at the same time, it should actively carry out subregional cooperation with South Asian countries. Create a smooth, win-win economic corridor between Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar.
