【摘要】：20世紀50年代后期中蘇兩國逐漸交惡,東歐國家中只有阿爾巴尼亞與中國保持了密切關系。60-70年代"文化大革命"時期的中國與阿方進入"蜜月期",毛澤東曾用"海內(nèi)存知己,天涯若比鄰"來形容兩國關系。同一時期,中國為阿國提供了大量的設備、技術和資金援助,并選派了大批技術骨干和管理人員幫助其建立項目發(fā)展經(jīng)濟。70年代以后兩國出現(xiàn)分歧,關系冷卻,中方于1978年7月停止了援建。本文實錄參與當時最大的援建項目之一——愛爾巴桑冶金聯(lián)合企業(yè)的四位親歷者的口述,他們當中有技術專家、管理人員和翻譯。他們以個人經(jīng)歷從不同側面鮮活地重現(xiàn)了這段國際國內(nèi)背景交織、政治經(jīng)濟相互作用的宏大歷史事件。
[Abstract]:In the late 1950s, China and the Soviet Union gradually became hostile. Among the Eastern European countries, only Albania maintained close relations with China. During the "Cultural Revolution" of the 1960s and 1970s, China and Albania entered the "honeymoon period." Mao Zedong used "keeping close friends in the sea." To describe the relationship between the two countries. During the same period, China provided a large amount of equipment, technical and financial assistance to Afghanistan, and sent a large number of technical backbone and management personnel to help it establish projects, develop the economy, and after the 1970s, the two countries had differences and relations cooled. The Chinese side stopped building in July 1978. In this paper, we record the oral accounts of four experienced people who participated in one of the largest projects at the time, the Elbasan Metallurgical Joint Enterprise, which included technical experts, managers and translators. With their personal experiences, they vividly recreate this grand historical event of intertwined international and domestic backgrounds and political and economic interactions.
