【摘要】：由清華大學(xué)國際關(guān)系研究院主辦的"政治學(xué)與國際關(guān)系共同體"年會(huì)(簡稱"共同體會(huì)議"),能夠反映出中國國際關(guān)系研究的一個(gè)側(cè)面,因而可以成為管窺中國國際關(guān)系研究現(xiàn)狀和特征的重要窗口。本文試圖創(chuàng)新一種基于重要學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議來評估一個(gè)學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的研究路徑。通過考察歷屆共同體會(huì)議議程所提供的數(shù)據(jù)信息,本文分析了共同體會(huì)議的與會(huì)群體和研究議題的相關(guān)特征。研究表明,在學(xué)術(shù)群體方面,中青年學(xué)者和在校學(xué)生是共同體會(huì)議的重要參會(huì)力量,會(huì)議具有明顯的"草根特質(zhì)";一支新興的學(xué)術(shù)力量正在崛起,并且呈現(xiàn)出與海外學(xué)術(shù)界更加密切的互動(dòng);然而中國國際關(guān)系研究力量在各城市、各區(qū)域的空間分布存在明顯的失衡。在研究議題方面,會(huì)議體現(xiàn)出顯著的"學(xué)術(shù)導(dǎo)向"而非"政策導(dǎo)向",國際關(guān)系理論類的話題探討最多,國際安全研究次之,國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)最為薄弱;會(huì)議討論涉及的區(qū)域也高度失衡,大都集中在中國、美國和東亞三大板塊,對其他地區(qū)關(guān)注不夠;會(huì)議對新興議題異常敏感,其興衰主要與國家政策和現(xiàn)實(shí)情況變化、領(lǐng)袖學(xué)者和特定機(jī)構(gòu)的推動(dòng)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The Annual Conference of the Community of political Science and International Relations, sponsored by the Institute of International Relations of Tsinghua University, can reflect one aspect of the study of China's international relations. Therefore, it can become an important window to study the current situation and characteristics of China's international relations. This paper attempts to innovate a research approach to evaluate the academic development of a discipline based on important academic conferences. By examining the data information provided by the agenda of previous Community meetings, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the community meeting participants and research topics. Studies have shown that, in the academic community, young and middle-aged scholars and students are important participants in the Community Conference, which has an obvious "grassroots trait"; an emerging academic force is emerging. However, there is obvious imbalance in the spatial distribution of China's international relations in different cities and regions. In the aspect of research topics, the conference reflects a remarkable "academic orientation" rather than "policy orientation". The topic of international relations theory is the most discussed, the international security research is the second, and the international political economy is the weakest. The regions involved in the discussions were also highly unbalanced, mostly concentrated in the three major sectors of China, the United States and East Asia, and did not pay enough attention to other regions. The conference was extremely sensitive to emerging issues, and its rise and fall were mainly linked to changes in national policies and realities. Leaders and scholars are involved in the promotion of specific institutions.
