【摘要】：從歷史上第一次金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)至今,金融危機(jī)不僅對(duì)局部地區(qū)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響,而且對(duì)整個(gè)世界的融合起到了推動(dòng)作用。中美兩國在經(jīng)歷了多次金融危機(jī)的洗禮之后,發(fā)展成為了當(dāng)前國際舞臺(tái)上最重要的一對(duì)雙邊關(guān)系,兩國關(guān)系在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事等領(lǐng)域都發(fā)生了深刻的變革。“金融危機(jī)在中美關(guān)系的變革中起到什么樣的作用”,“中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展在金融危機(jī)的防治中起到什么樣的作用”,“金融危機(jī)與中美關(guān)系之間存在著何種聯(lián)系”,“危機(jī)過后中美關(guān)系將朝著什么方向發(fā)展”,這都成為亟待解決的問題。本文以全球金融危機(jī)為背景,以中美關(guān)系為基本研究對(duì)象,試圖解決這些問題。 本文主要分為六個(gè)部分對(duì)上述問題進(jìn)行研究。 第一部分是緒論,主要介紹了本文選題的目的和意義,并對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié),提出自己的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),最后說明自己寫作的思路和方法。 第二部分主要介紹了金融危機(jī)的相關(guān)理論,根據(jù)不同學(xué)者對(duì)金融危機(jī)的概念界定,總結(jié)出自己對(duì)金融危機(jī)概念的理解；介紹了金融危機(jī)的類型,闡述了金融危機(jī)的生成要素,最后總結(jié)出了現(xiàn)代金融危機(jī)的主要特征。 第三部分主要將20世紀(jì)以來的金融危機(jī)劃分為三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行介紹。第一階段是20世紀(jì)90年代以前,例舉了1907年的“美國銀行危機(jī)”、1929年的“大蕭條”、戰(zhàn)后美國的“滯漲危機(jī)”；第二階段是20世紀(jì)90年代后期的,列舉了“日本經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)”、1994年的“墨西哥金融危機(jī)”、1997年的“東南亞金融危機(jī)”；第三階段為21世紀(jì)至今,以2007年由美國次貸危機(jī)而引發(fā)的全球性金融海嘯最具代表性。通過對(duì)這些金融危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的原因及其影響進(jìn)行分析比較,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出金融危機(jī)在推動(dòng)世界格局以及中美關(guān)系變革中的作用。 第四部分主要介紹了金融危機(jī)所引發(fā)的中美關(guān)系變革。以2007年為分界點(diǎn),用比較分析的方法歸納出了中美兩國在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、氣候、臺(tái)灣等問題上所產(chǎn)生的新變化。 第五部分主要分析了未來中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展前景。金融危機(jī)促成了中美關(guān)系的深刻變革,金融危機(jī)對(duì)中美關(guān)系的影響是一個(gè)從無到有,由淺至深的過程。金融危機(jī)與中美關(guān)系的影響是相互的,中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展方向又決定著世界在應(yīng)對(duì)金融危機(jī)過程中所能達(dá)到的實(shí)際效果。本部分主要從積極方面和消極方面分析了中美關(guān)系的影響因素,最后總結(jié)出中美兩國應(yīng)該仍保持共識(shí)與分歧并呈、競爭與合作同存的關(guān)系。 第六部分是結(jié)論,主要對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了概括和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Since the first financial crisis broke out in history, the financial crisis has not only exerted far-reaching influence on local politics and economy, but also promoted the integration of the whole world. After the baptism of many financial crises, China and the United States have developed into the most important bilateral relations on the current international stage. The relations between the two countries have undergone profound changes in the political, economic, military and other fields. "what role does the financial crisis play in the transformation of Sino-US relations", "what role does the development of Sino-US relations play in the prevention and treatment of the financial crisis", and "what is the relationship between the financial crisis and Sino-US relations?" After the crisis, the relationship between China and the United States will go in the direction of development, which has become a problem to be solved. Taking the global financial crisis as the background, and taking the Sino-American relationship as the basic research object, this paper tries to solve these problems. This paper is divided into six parts to study the above problems. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this topic, and summarizes the relevant literature in this field, puts forward their own innovation, and finally explains the ideas and methods of their own writing. The second part mainly introduces the related theories of financial crisis, according to different scholars' definition of financial crisis, summarizes their own understanding of the concept of financial crisis, introduces the type of financial crisis, expounds the factors of financial crisis. Finally, the main characteristics of the modern financial crisis are summarized. In the third part, the financial crisis since 20 th century is divided into three stages. The first stage was before the 1990s, citing the Bank of America crisis in 1907, the Great Depression in 1929, the stagflation crisis in the post-war United States, and the second stage in the late 1990s. This paper lists "Japanese economic crisis", "Mexican financial crisis" in 1994 and "Southeast Asia financial crisis" in 1997. The third stage is from the 21st century to the present, and the global financial tsunami caused by the American subprime mortgage crisis in 2007 is the most representative. Through the analysis and comparison of the causes and effects of these financial crises, this paper sums up the role of the financial crisis in promoting the world pattern and the transformation of Sino-US relations. The fourth part mainly introduces the change of Sino-American relations caused by the financial crisis. Taking 2007 as the dividing point, the new changes on political, economic, military, climate, Taiwan and other issues between China and the United States are summed up by means of comparative analysis. The fifth part mainly analyzes the future development prospect of Sino-American relations. The financial crisis has brought about profound changes in Sino-US relations, and the impact of the financial crisis on Sino-US relations is a process from scratch to depth. The influence of the financial crisis and the relationship between China and the United States is mutual, and the direction of the development of the relationship between China and the United States determines the practical effect that the world can achieve in the process of dealing with the financial crisis. This part mainly analyzes the influence factors of Sino-US relations from the positive and negative aspects, and finally concludes that China and the United States should still maintain the consensus and differences and present the co-existing relationship between competition and cooperation. The sixth part is the conclusion, mainly carries on the summary and the summary to the full text.
