【摘要】：第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后,國(guó)際主義成為美國(guó)對(duì)外政策的主導(dǎo),但具有深厚歷史傳統(tǒng)的孤立主義仍不斷以新的形式出現(xiàn)。2008年國(guó)際金融危機(jī)后,美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)新的孤立主義思潮,美國(guó)的對(duì)外政策也體現(xiàn)出一定的孤立主義傾向:奧巴馬政府將更多的精力放在國(guó)內(nèi)問(wèn)題上,在對(duì)外政策上堅(jiān)持"最少介入";特朗普上臺(tái)以后,以"美國(guó)優(yōu)先"為口號(hào),繼續(xù)減少國(guó)際介入,避免承擔(dān)國(guó)際責(zé)任,同時(shí)施行貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義和強(qiáng)硬的移民政策。此次新孤立主義思潮出現(xiàn)的原因是多方面的,既源于美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)自由國(guó)際主義實(shí)踐結(jié)果的不滿和解決國(guó)內(nèi)問(wèn)題的需要,也是美國(guó)相對(duì)實(shí)力下降和人口結(jié)構(gòu)變化等趨勢(shì)性因素作用的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:After the second World War, internationalism became the leading role of American foreign policy, but isolationism with profound historical tradition continued to appear in new forms. After the 2008 international financial crisis, new isolationist trends of thought appeared in the United States. The foreign policy of the United States also shows a certain trend of isolationism: the Obama administration has devoted more attention to domestic issues and insisted on "minimum involvement" in foreign policy; Trump has taken "America first" as the slogan since he took office. Continue to reduce international involvement, avoid international responsibility, and implement trade protectionism and tough immigration policies. The reasons for the emergence of this trend of new isolationism are various, both because of the dissatisfaction with the practical results of liberal internationalism in the United States and the need to solve domestic problems. It is also the result of trend factors such as declining relative strength and changing demographic structure of the United States.
