【摘要】：在影響美巴關(guān)系的諸多因素中,美國(guó)白宮與國(guó)務(wù)院之爭(zhēng)是較為重要的一個(gè)因素。本文將分析美國(guó)白宮和國(guó)務(wù)院對(duì)巴基斯坦的認(rèn)知和政策取向,然后再以1971年南亞危機(jī)期間白宮與國(guó)務(wù)院的分歧為例,分析其對(duì)美巴關(guān)系帶來(lái)的影響,最后對(duì)美巴關(guān)系中的美國(guó)府院之爭(zhēng)因素做出一個(gè)較為準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Among the many factors that influence the relationship between the United States and Pakistan, the dispute between the White House and the State Department is one of the most important factors. This paper will analyze the cognition and policy orientation of the White House and the State Department towards Pakistan, and then take the differences between the White House and the State Department during the crisis in South Asia in 1971 as an example to analyze the impact on the relations between the United States and Pakistan. Finally, the author makes a more accurate assessment of the controversy factors in the U. S. -Pakistan relationship.
