【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,美國成為世界唯一超級(jí)大國,在美國實(shí)力攀升至世界巔峰的同時(shí),世界范圍內(nèi)的反美主義浪潮卻不降反升,愈演愈烈�！�9·11事件”既代表了反美主義過去發(fā)展的頂峰,也預(yù)示了此后全球新一輪反美主義的起點(diǎn)。 反美主義是主觀的反美心理和客觀的反美行動(dòng)高度統(tǒng)一的行為,即并非所有的反美現(xiàn)象都是反美主義。反美主義產(chǎn)生的原因極其系統(tǒng),包括理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)兩個(gè)方面。從理論層面看,反美主義的原因可以從新現(xiàn)實(shí)主義的權(quán)力失衡,新自由主義的不對稱相互依賴和建構(gòu)主義的認(rèn)同沖突三個(gè)理論框架下去尋找和分析。從現(xiàn)實(shí)層面上看,反美主義也的確是現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中權(quán)力失衡、不對稱相互依賴和認(rèn)同沖突的具體表現(xiàn)。同時(shí)也與特定國家和地區(qū)的歷史、文化、與美國的雙邊互動(dòng)狀況等個(gè)性因素有關(guān),這些使得反美主義在各個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的原因和表現(xiàn)不同。從理論層面看,反美主義的原因具有較強(qiáng)的結(jié)構(gòu)性,它必將是長期的、持續(xù)的；但從現(xiàn)實(shí)層面來看,反美主義的原因更多地表現(xiàn)出建構(gòu)性的特征,與雙邊的互動(dòng)密不可分,充滿了主體間性,因此就各國家和地區(qū)而言,反美主義也并非不能改善或減輕。在當(dāng)前世界反美主義大潮洶涌的背景下,美國和世界共同努力,正視反美主義問題,辯證地看待反美主義原因的普遍性和特殊性,以積極友好的方式互動(dòng),加深理解、增進(jìn)共識(shí)是一個(gè)十分迫切的時(shí)代課題。
[Abstract]:After the end of the cold war, the United States became the world's sole superpower. While the strength of the United States climbed to the top of the world, the tide of anti-Americanism around the world did not decline but instead rose. The 9 / 11 event represents the peak of anti-Americanism in the past and indicates the beginning of a new round of anti-Americanism around the world. Anti-Americanism is a highly unified act of subjective anti-American psychology and objective anti-American action, that is, not all anti-American phenomena are anti-Americanism. The causes of anti-Americanism are very systematic, including theoretical and practical aspects. From a theoretical point of view, the causes of anti-Americanism can be found and analyzed from three theoretical frameworks: the power imbalance of neo-realism, the asymmetrical interdependence of neoliberalism and the identity conflict of constructivism. In reality, anti-Americanism is also the concrete manifestation of power imbalance, asymmetric interdependence and identity conflict in the real world. At the same time, it is also related to the history, culture, bilateral interaction with the United States and other personality factors, which make anti-Americanism in different countries and regions. From a theoretical point of view, the reason of anti-Americanism has a strong structure, it will be long-term and sustainable, but from a practical point of view, anti-Americanism has more constructive characteristics, and is closely related to bilateral interaction. It is full of intersubjectivity, so anti-Americanism can not be improved or alleviated in various countries and regions. Against the background of the current tide of anti-Americanism in the world, the United States and the world have worked together to face up to the issue of anti-Americanism, dialectically look at the universality and particularity of the causes of anti-Americanism, interact in a positive and friendly manner, and deepen their understanding. Promoting consensus is a very urgent task of the times.
