【摘要】：話語(yǔ)權(quán)是指通過(guò)話語(yǔ)所包含的概念內(nèi)涵、理論邏輯、核心價(jià)值、意識(shí)形態(tài)、規(guī)則規(guī)范等因素所產(chǎn)生的影響力。國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)不僅成為國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要組成部分,而且已經(jīng)成為主導(dǎo)國(guó)際關(guān)系的戰(zhàn)略制高點(diǎn)。傳統(tǒng)文化構(gòu)成了國(guó)家和民族的精神標(biāo)識(shí)、文化血脈和價(jià)值系統(tǒng),中國(guó)國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)具有深厚的傳統(tǒng)文化基因。作為新興大國(guó),如何依托傳統(tǒng)文化提升中國(guó)國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán),對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)和平崛起和中華民族的偉大復(fù)興具有深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。針對(duì)借助傳統(tǒng)文化提升中國(guó)國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)所面臨的復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,必須要把傳統(tǒng)文化理念融入價(jià)值引領(lǐng)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新、公共外交和全球治理的具體實(shí)踐中去,切實(shí)提高以傳統(tǒng)文化增強(qiáng)中國(guó)國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)的有效性。
[Abstract]:Discourse right refers to the influence produced by such factors as conceptual connotation, theoretical logic, core value, ideology, rules and regulations, which are contained in discourse.The right of international discourse has become not only an important part of international competition, but also the strategic commanding point of leading international relations.Traditional culture constitutes the national and national spiritual identity, cultural blood and value system, China's international discourse has a profound traditional culture gene.As an emerging country, how to promote China's international discourse rights by relying on traditional culture has far-reaching practical significance for the realization of peaceful rise and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In view of the complex and realistic dilemma that China faces in promoting its international discourse rights with the help of traditional culture, it is necessary to integrate the traditional cultural concepts into the concrete practice of value leading, cultural industry, academic innovation, public diplomacy and global governance.Effectively improve the effectiveness of enhancing China's international discourse rights through traditional culture.
