【摘要】： 這篇論文主要是分析中國對(duì)外援助外交政策的原因與動(dòng)機(jī)。中國的對(duì)外援助已經(jīng)成為東南亞地區(qū)一個(gè)重要的外界因素,促進(jìn)了東南亞地區(qū)很多重要的發(fā)展,這一影響在東帝汶表現(xiàn)的更為突出。中國的對(duì)外援助給東南亞國家,尤其是東帝汶帶來了持續(xù)和切實(shí)的幫助。中國依靠自身經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的發(fā)展,通過向東南亞國家提供金融投資和優(yōu)惠貸款、幫助建設(shè)公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、展開大規(guī)模的經(jīng)濟(jì)投資、簽署貿(mào)易協(xié)定向東南亞國家表達(dá)了深切的國際友好情誼。 本文的目的是探究中國的對(duì)外援助政策,主要是以中國與東帝汶的關(guān)系為案例進(jìn)行分析,以此來解釋中國的援助對(duì)東南亞國家所產(chǎn)生的影響。本文最后將對(duì)如何進(jìn)一步增進(jìn)中國與東帝汶的友好關(guān)系問題提出自己的一些建議。 第一章:理論分析方法 作者首先想要闡釋的是本文所擬采用的理論分析方法。本文一方面對(duì)中國的對(duì)外援助政策進(jìn)行邏輯上的分析,另一方面又從理論上來分析中國的援助對(duì)東南亞國家,尤其是東帝汶所帶來的影響。在這一章里包含了幾個(gè)重要的理論,例如現(xiàn)代化理論中的經(jīng)濟(jì)相互依賴?yán)碚摵徒?jīng)濟(jì)援助理論,這些理論都是用來分析中國的對(duì)外援助是如何在東南亞發(fā)揮了重要的作用,促進(jìn)了東南亞國家尤其是東帝汶的發(fā)展。 第二章:中國對(duì)東南亞國家援助的發(fā)展 在本章,我準(zhǔn)備對(duì)中國對(duì)東南亞的援助政策進(jìn)行一下展望,來探究中國對(duì)外援助政策的程度和效果,以及中國的援助對(duì)東南亞國家所帶來的重要的影響。 第三章:中國和東帝汶關(guān)系 本章主要用來討論中國與東帝汶的關(guān)系。依據(jù)相關(guān)的和目前的數(shù)據(jù)以及歷史背景,來探究中國與東帝汶自從建交之后在政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的關(guān)系的發(fā)展。 第四章:中國對(duì)外援助的分析:中國的對(duì)外援助在東帝汶所產(chǎn)生的影響 本章主要分析中國在東帝汶的對(duì)外援助以及援助對(duì)東帝汶的發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的重要作用。東帝汶自2002年獨(dú)立以來,中國的援助為東帝汶國家的重建發(fā)揮了重要的作用。本章也總結(jié)了全文的觀點(diǎn),強(qiáng)調(diào)了中國的對(duì)外援助的重要意義以及對(duì)東帝汶的發(fā)展所發(fā)揮的關(guān)鍵性作用。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the reasons and motives of China's foreign aid policy.China's foreign aid has become an important external factor in Southeast Asia and has promoted a lot of important development in Southeast Asia, which is more prominent in East Timor.China's foreign aid has helped Southeast Asian countries, especially East Timor, continuously and effectively.Relying on the development of its own economic strength, China has helped build public infrastructure and launched large-scale economic investment by providing financial investment and concessional loans to Southeast Asian countries.The signing of the trade agreement expressed deep international friendship to Southeast Asian countries.The purpose of this paper is to explore China's foreign aid policy, mainly taking the relationship between China and East Timor as a case study to explain the impact of China's aid on Southeast Asian countries.Finally, some suggestions on how to further enhance the friendly relationship between China and East Timor are put forward.Chapter one: theoretical Analysis methodThe first thing the author wants to explain is the theoretical analysis method proposed in this paper.This paper, on the one hand, makes a logical analysis of China's foreign aid policy, on the other hand, theoretically analyzes the impact of Chinese aid on Southeast Asian countries, especially East Timor.This chapter contains several important theories, such as the theory of economic interdependence in modernization theory and the theory of economic aid, which are used to analyze how China's foreign aid has played an important role in Southeast Asia.Promote the development of Southeast Asian countries, especially East Timor.Chapter two: the Development of China's Aid to Southeast Asian countriesIn this chapter, I am going to look forward to China's aid policy to Southeast Asia, to explore the extent and effectiveness of China's foreign aid policy, as well as the important impact of Chinese aid on Southeast Asian countries.Chapter III: relations between China and East TimorThis chapter is mainly used to discuss the relationship between China and East Timor.Based on relevant and current data and historical background, this paper explores the development of political and economic relations between China and East Timor since the establishment of diplomatic relations.Chapter IV: an Analysis of China's Foreign Aid: the impact of China's Foreign Aid on East TimorThis chapter analyzes China's foreign aid in East Timor and its important role in the development of East Timor.Since East Timor became independent in 2002, China's aid has played an important role in the reconstruction of East Timor.This chapter also summarizes the point of view and emphasizes the importance of China's foreign aid and its key role in the development of East Timor.
