【摘要】：自"7·5"事件尤其是中東劇變以來(lái),"東突"分子借勢(shì)作亂的傾向日益明顯,使得涉疆暴恐事件進(jìn)入高發(fā)期。究其根源在于"中東因素"起了誘發(fā)性作用、"美國(guó)因素"發(fā)揮了推手作用,揭示出涉疆暴恐事件與中東恐怖主義間存在源流關(guān)系、"疆獨(dú)"問題已成為美國(guó)等西方大國(guó)遏制中國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略工具等事實(shí)真相。隨著"基地"分支機(jī)構(gòu)的異常活躍、IS的迅速坐大等,使得國(guó)際合作反恐迫在眉睫,中國(guó)也不例外,且因"中國(guó)體系"、"中國(guó)方式"及"中國(guó)機(jī)遇"而形成了具有中國(guó)特色的國(guó)際反恐合作新路徑,使得中國(guó)在國(guó)際反恐合作領(lǐng)域真正能夠發(fā)揮建設(shè)性作用。
[Abstract]:Since the "7 / 5" incident, especially in the Middle East, the tendency of the "East Turkistan" elements to seize the opportunity to make insurrection has become increasingly obvious, which makes the violent and terrorist incidents involving Xinjiang enter a high incidence period.The root of the problem lies in the inductive effect of the Middle East factor, and the role of the American factor in promoting the development of the Middle East.It is revealed that there is a relationship between violent terrorist events and terrorism in the Middle East, and the issue of "Xinjiang independence" has become a strategic tool for the United States and other Western powers to contain China.With the extraordinary activity of the "base" branch and the rapid expansion of is, international cooperation against terrorism is imminent, and China is no exception.Because of "Chinese system", "Chinese way" and "Chinese opportunity", China has formed a new path of international anti-terrorism cooperation with Chinese characteristics, which makes China play a constructive role in the field of international anti-terrorism cooperation.
